This book.

Once again I am without words, but Ilya has become one of my favourite characters across everything I have read.

Rachel with this book really focused on Ilya and she did such an amazing job. He is so well written, I adore his English, I’ve never seen a character whose first language isn’t English he written so well. Rachel being able to communicate the struggles of trying to think of the right word is tense situations is something mind blowing.

emotional funny lighthearted

Despite it being a little long, this was a really fun, (mostly) frothy read. I like how the author will throw in some serious topics (mental health, etc) without sacrificing the fun of these stories. This being a sequel, I was already familiar with and rooted for the main characters, and their ending did not disappoint.
