3.5 ⭐️ Beautiful art and an interesting story. I found some of it confusing, like the plot would kind of jump around and I thought I’d missed a page. But I am intrigued at how the story will continue.

This was a cute but dark story about a little bird and a pig going on an adventure to get rid of an evil artifact. It deals with bullying, overcoming hardships, and coping with death. The illustrations are absolutely beautiful.

The art is absolutely beautiful, but the writing is uneven. Why is there a reference to googling things in a book that seems to be a fantasy adventure of some wood creatures? Or the constant use of the word "flip/flipping" instead of the F word. It took me out of the experience.
