Very spicy 🌶 sex scenes yet fun and quick to read. Wasn’t a bad read but won’t be memorable. <The main character is naive and reckless, searching to lose her virginity with any random man she comes across, gets pregnant, and falls in love with her professor as they engage in professor/ teacher role play all within a month….. >
I need this book on my bookshelf expeditiously! Thank you black book tok for promoting this book the way y’all did! Will add more to this review soon.

This was a cute second chance YA romance. I appreciated the exploration of gender and sexual identity and the representation throughout!
The first book has a special place in my heart that I feel this book doesn’t quite have. I didn’t feel as connected to this group of characters

I didn’t like the love interest! She deserved better then him! I did like her character growth

Moderate: Ableism, Sexual content
This book was very informative and a good starting point for self reflection. When they talked about their own internalized ableism, it was like holding up a mirror forcing me to see my own (which I appreciated).
My main negative review is that Devon Price has interviewed people who were unable to unmask that were in positions of power or high privilege. They should have interviewed people who are in situations where they don’t have those privileges.
