This book took me a long time to finish...
I started it two years ago and put it down for a long time, finishing it this morning as I just wanted to get t done. It felt quite laboured and a bit of a chore if I’m honest. But, to be fair to the author, this isn’t really my usual genre of book.
I thought the story was good and I enjoyed the ending, it definitely brought a tear to my eye... but it was just far longer than it needed to be!
I did enjoy the film however, Scott Eastwood - hubba hubba!
