Memoir of crippling depression and the struggle for recovery.

I chose to read this from a reddit post.

The book did help me see the situations circling depression for the persons affected and how it appears to other people. However I am not native and the lexicon is too advanced for me to be reading it as smoothly as I want.

I haven't had the courage to seek professional help. So I'm seeking books. This one happen to calm down my storm a little.

I highlighted quite a lot of the author's inner thoughts that are similar to what I'm feeling.
