*listened on audiobook* This is the first audiobook I finished and I really enjoyed having everything pronounced correctly because I know that I would've taken a lot longer to read this due to that. A great fantasy short story with social commentary that still rings true in today's world (unfortunately). The descriptions and characters were very well fleshed out and being able to listen to this story just elevated everything about it.

*listened on audiobook* This was fun! The author was fantastic at bringing her essay to life and her stories were super relatable. Now I’m inspired to write some of my own personal essays so I can have them to look back on.

*listened on audiobook* Worth it for Keke Palmer's narration.

*listened on aufiobook* Gives a bit more to Janet as a character than the first book (at least in my personal opinion). Empowering and ends on an intriguing cliffhanger that makes you clammer for more. And again, Keke Palmer KILLS as a narrator.

*listened on audiobook* I really think this should have been a full length novel because I feel like everything moved so fast that the ending wasn’t as satisfying as it could have been. I did really like the characters and would’ve loved to see more backstory on Isabel and Sophie.

*listened on audiobook* Humor, romance, AND a cliffhanger!?!?! Sold!

I cackled at the ‘Joyful Noise’ reference.

It wasn’t particularly my dream ending for this story but I still really enjoyed that there was a focus on believing in oneself because there always needs to more uplifting stories like this.

*listened on audiobook* This was adorable! A little on the predictable side with a whole lot of holiday cheesiness but that’s exactly what I expected and wanted out of this book.

*listened on audiobook* I'm not normally a fan of the affair-type plots but I think the characters were done really well and I have to admit that I'm a sucker for the letter format in books. The voice actors that they got to perform this story were top-notch and my stars go to how much I enjoyed them.
