Each story is 100% fire! As an AAPI reader, sometimes it’s been hard to identify with a lot of fictional characters because they are not like me. I’m so happy that the younger and future generations of AAPI readers will have more heroes like them to looks up to and I can’t wait to read how characters new and old grow and develop.

An absolutely wonderful collection of stories for anyone (regardless of sexual identity) to enjoy. It does a good job of introducing characters to fall in love with without having to know too much backstory. This book also includes Northstar's coming out issue and is a treat for long-time fans. Highly recommend as a method of teaching younger children about queer-ness.

Bravo on addressing the grossness of issue #2! I will never get tired of seeing Jessica's venom blasts in full action and is one of the reasons why I got interested in her in the first place. Also, Nick Fury just wanting his Dr. Pepper is a whole mood.

A great part one of the finale! But one thing that's always bothered me is the fact that they even have to mention that Jessica slept with someone who could literally be her grandfather for intel. Not like that's not common for the espionage world, but it was so completely unnecessary to include it as a part of the story considering all of the other terrible stuff that's already happened to her.

The final battle was a little on the short-winded side but overall this issue wrapped up Jessica's beginning nicely while also making you want to see more of her. Points docked for the random female hydra agent that was like "I'm sleeping with your father" because WHAT POINT DOES THAT BRING TO THE STORY.

Honestly, this needs to be included as comprehensive reading for school.

Little bit of a bummer that the Marvel Comics execs had to throw in Black Widow and not let Sue shine in her own series but this was still a really fun issue overall.

Not gonna lie, that hair color-changing trick Sue learned is dope AF. Also, I love seeing the "I don't see a ring" pickup line being flipped.

Despite the cover kind of being a spoiler, I think this is the best issue of the series because it shows the emotional toll of being in espionage beautifully albeit brief. Also filled with even more gorgeous displays of Sue’s powers.
