I was definitely missing some overall lore (specifically for anything involving Galaxy), but I still thought that all of the allegories and euphemisms and overall queer acceptance (ESPECIALLY for the trans community) was displayed beautifully and with impact.

Reading this REEEEEEEALLY gives you the full understanding of the term "Peter Pan Syndrome" and now it makes sense why men idolize Peter Pan as a character.

This book has a bit of everything in the best way possible with beautiful writing that naturally makes you think about the concept of mortality.

A fun collection celebrating all colors of the queer spectrum! 🌈 Just wished they didn’t include a few stories that were part of a specific storyline (I prefer the collections like this to be their own original stories).

Definitely a popcorn/beach (pun intended) read (which is not the worst thing in the world), but the ending seemed a tad rushed and I wasn’t a fan of one character’s backstory. Plus, the big reveal totally could have come in earlier and the ending would have been waaaaay more thrilling.

Wanted a bit more of Aimee’s experience weaved in but I thought this was a unique way to combine her love of nature and stories of her life.
adventurous lighthearted slow-paced

Definitely worth the read for any comic book nerd since it’s such an iconic crossover event. Gotta knock the rating down a bit because of the title’s false advertisement.
