I was all set to like this book but then the author mentions the color of Aaron's eyes about 834 times. (They are "ocean blue," friends.) And maybe the way Aaron says "baby" wouldn't have been so bad on paper, but in the audio version it bugged me. I'll probably try another title by the author to see what I think.

This was a fun fall find. (Say that 3x fast.) I got strong Leslie Knope vibes from our heroine, which delighted me because Leslie (like Emerson) is the best. It ends on a bit of a cliffhanger and I definitely want to see what happens next.
