I found this book to be really insightful into an otherwise unfamiliar world for me. I enjoyed Ellen’s “to the point” narratives, but found the writing style to be bland at times. There were points where I really wanted more - more details, more emotion, and more depth. Overall I enjoyed learning about this trial and the amazing things Ellen has does for the tech world and beyond.

This was a book I didn't want to put down! I loved the love in this book. Alice's description of her feelings and thoughts throughout the book really kept me captivated.
However, as for the other relationships in the main character's life - I feel like they really took away from the main point of the story and added unnecessary drama. This book does a good job of showing the life of an asexual person.
