Was a great read, took a bit of concentration to learn who and what everyone was but was a great start to the series. Can't wait for the next book.
This was adorable. Had me laughing out loud and giggling and also crying. This frienemies to lovers hockey romance based in the 80s/90s really give you all the feels. 4 stars because even though I loved it I probably won't read again but you never know. I will read Corey and Ivy's story and look forward to Landry and Kerri.
Loved the dynamic between Huckslee and Taylor! This book gave my anxiety a run for its money, but the happy ending made it completely worth it. Bree Wiley did an excellent job with the character development and the storyline kept me hooked from start to finish. Highly recommended!
"Scandalous Lover by Lore Townsand is an emotional rollercoaster that I couldn't put down! The age gap and brother’s best friend dynamic added such a delicious tension to Sam and Naomi’s relationship. Sam’s constant internal conflict over falling for his best friend's little sister was written with such raw authenticity—it made his struggle all the more real. You could truly feel his battle between loyalty and desire.
Naomi’s character was equally compelling. Her fear of her older brother, stemming from misunderstandings in their past, gave her depth and made her connection to Sam so touching. She feels safest with him, and their secret romance felt like an escape for both of them—a beautiful balance of vulnerability and passion.
Townsend’s writing brings out all the emotions. The push and pull between love and secrecy kept me on edge until the very end. I loved every minute of it and highly recommend it to fans of forbidden romances!"

Dedicated in Ink by K.M. Ringer is a lightning-fast, spicy mafia romance that kept me entertained from start to finish. I finished it in about an hour—yes, even while cooking dinner—so if you’re looking for a quick, steamy read with a touch of thrill, this one delivers. If you love short, addictive reads with a bit of spice, this one’s worth picking up!
A Fool’s Game by Lore Townsand:
Wow! What an unforgettable journey. A Fool’s Game completely swept me away with the lives of Ainsley, Gemma, and Taylor — and I’m still not over it.
Ainsley’s heart is pure gold, always ready to help the people he loves, even as he learns that it’s okay to not have every step of life mapped out. Gemma’s connection to her tarot cards was such a beautiful way to show her search for clarity and comfort in the chaos. And Taylor? Taylor thought he had it all figured out until life knocked him sideways and made him realize what — and who — truly feels like home.
Together, these three took me on an emotional rollercoaster that left me crying through both the heartbreak and the joy. Lore Townsand has a gift for making you feel every single moment, and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough (even if I had to wipe away tears to do it).
If you love stories full of heart, healing, and characters who feel like real people you’d want to know, A Fool’s Game is an absolute must-read.

Alpha Kade was an intense and emotional read that took me a little longer to finish—not because it wasn’t good, but because it packed so much into every chapter that I needed time to process it all. The depth of the characters and the stakes they faced kept me hooked, even when I had to take breaks to absorb everything.
Logan, the Alpha of the Night Shade pack, fights fiercely for both his mate and his pack, showing strength and determination throughout. But Frey, the Luna, truly stands out as a powerful FMC—there were moments when she held it together even better than Logan, proving just how strong she really is. Their dynamic kept the tension high and the emotions raw.
One of the most heartbreaking parts of the book was Taylor’s journey. His story really pulled at my heart, and by the end, I was left hoping that he finally gets the happiness he deserves in the future.
Honorable mentions go to Valor, Keaton, and Jax—each of them added so much to the story, and I couldn’t help but love them as characters.
Overall, Alpha Kade was an action-packed, emotional rollercoaster with a fantastic cast. If you love a strong Luna, intense pack politics, and deep character connections, this one is definitely worth the read!

I enjoyed Muddy Waters! While I don’t have a lot to say about it, I did appreciate the dynamic between Rowan and Willow. Their relationship felt genuine, and I liked that Rowan didn’t judge Willow when he found out about her profession—though it did affect him emotionally because of his growing feelings for her.
One of the highlights for me was the way the church council aligned with Rowan’s views rather than the other pastors. While the book didn’t completely blow me away, it was still an enjoyable read with well-written characters and a thoughtful storyline.
