This was a slow reading, although listening along the audiobook helped.
It isn't a bad book or a bad concept, but I found the writing to be a bit dull sometimes. My favourite parts were always Harper's pov, and Lauren's made me feel for her and for the babies.

I can't believe it took me so long to read this author. I've heard of her since I was in high school and thought of reading at least one of her novels (it's the favourite author of my high school language teacher). What can I say? I loved it. I was enraptured from the first pages of the novel and now I want to read more of her. Simply amazing.

Omg, where to begin?
It had me hooked from the beginning, and I didn't like Noemí at all, she's not my type of person, she's the type of person I avoid at all costs irl, but she grew on me.
That ending SHOCKED ME, I had my theories while reading and, although I was kind of right, I was also *very* wrong, and I'm so glad.
This is a DARK story, so look out for the trigger warnings (it contains spoilers but are necessary):
murder, drugs, gun violence and violence in general, brainwashing, cannibalism,...

This was written by Lord Henry Wotton.

Edit: I simply love this book. It's 2:21 a.m. and I should be sleeping because I work tomorrow, but I needed to finish it.

An excellent adaptation with a few added scenes that make the book the more enjoyable.
I loved every minute of it.

Some of the stories were heartwarming. My favorites are: The last dance of Chuhaister, a wind from Thessaly, the legend of the Deer Woman and Once upon a solstice.

This was so GOOD.
I didn't think I would like it as much as I did, honestly. And that ending... I wasn't expecting it at all.

Giving it three stars because I was entertained. It is honestly one more dark romance book.
It has the typical miscommunication trope, which I don't enjoy. Also, the heroine is bland, and I was really glad when Hades called her out.
