I'm honestly speechless. I can't say I disliked it because I didn't. It's the kind of book that will stay with me forever.

This book is (to me) what the first book should have been. It is a great reading for book lovers, for those who are looking for the growth of characters and how impactful literature can be to different people. 
The translators note at the end was really moving.

I wanted to like this book, I actually had high expectations on it but I just couldn't. It's not a bad book, but I did expect something different based in the books I read previously. I hope the second book is better.

This is a slow paced book relating the story of five characters who are unhappy with how they are living their lives but find comfort and inspiration thanks to the book recommendations of a Community House librarian, Sayuri Komachi.
They feel as if she saw right through them, and we start seeing Ms Komachi as some kind of mythical creature, until we get to know more of her through the eyes of our characters.
My favorite was the third story, because I've always felt a pull for the editorial world.

I enjoyed reading this book more that I thought I would.
This is not for everyone and not for any occasion. This book is for when you're mentally and emotionally exhausted, when you need some semblance of hope, for when you need to take that much needed rest. It's light and welcoming, heartwarming and inspiring. It's perfect for spring or autumn. And please, have some coffee/black tea by your side when you read it, that's mandatory.
It's a book about growth and a critic to society. It's exactly what I needed.

This was exactly what I needed. I got into a reading slump because of life and the TOG series, have to admit to it. It was a short one, yes, but I don't feel like myself when I'm not reading so I was feeling down and this lifted my spirits. It's heartwarming, gives you perspective and also a cosy, good time. 

Si digo que lo amé y al mismo tiempo lo odié, no miento. Me hizo sentir tantas cosas y al mismo tiempo me dejó tan confundida. Es un libro que se siente, no se analiza.
