I went into this book not quite knowing what to expect apart from that it was dystopian (and I'm a sucker for anything dystopian!)
Whilst I enjoyed the book I wasn't blown away with it! I can't quite decide if I like Solari or not (though the fact she wasn't perfect makes her a good character) whilst there was a lot of action and lots going on I felt there was something missing
While this may not have quite been the book for me I would definitely recommend it for any fell dystopian fans out there! 

So this isn't my usual read but the idea of it intrigued me ! Singer Jimmy Wayne is down on his luck, playing covers to a limited and uninterested audience in a third-rate casino. After waking up on morning and discovering he has accidentally murdered his girlfriend and wrote his best ever song! 
This gave me slight Dexter vibes with Jimmy only going after the bad guys to help inspire his album to get his record deal! Kid was definitely my favourite character. I also liked not knowing if Wendy was a ghost or a fragment of his imagination. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series 

I thought this was a good unique spin on fallen angels. I really enjoyed the book and liked the characters and was a good dose of spice! I liked the twist at the end for why Diablo chose to fell and I'm looking forward to the rest of the series and finding out what happens next 

After reading the few few books in Elizabeth's Mystery Falls series I was really excited to read this and it didn't disappoint! 
Paige and her Aunt Glo inherit an in from there GeeGee which unbeknownst to them contains a secret magical library!
I really enjoyed this book and thought it was a really unique take on a mystery book! I loved the characters especially Zelda and can't wait to go on more adventures with them! This is a lighthearted easy to read cosy mystery which is perfect tp read cuddled up with a cup of tea! It can be slightly cheesy at times but in a good way! I can't wait for book 2 in September

I'm a sucker for dystopian fiction so was super happy to get a spot on this tour! 
I really enjoyed the book and like how it was a dual pov which I wasn't expecting and how it jumped between the past and present as a way to find out how 10 ended up in the kennels! 
This was a really unique story and I can't wait for the next book to find out what happens to 10 and what the mysterious island is and what governor Chen is up to

So I was slightly unsure going into this as I wasn't the biggest Nesta fan but I didn't need to worry as I absolutely loved this book and I finally got the Fairy Porn I was promised 😂😂
Whilst Nesta still isn't my favourite character I like her much more and adore her relationships with Gwen and Emerie, and don't get me started on Cassian I was already a fan but he gave Rhys a run for this money and he's definitely made it into my top ten book boyfriends list! I really hope there's more of this series and I can't wait to get stuck into Throne of Glass and Crescent City 

I really enjoyed the first book in this series so was really excited to read book 2 whilst I still enjoyed this book, I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the first book and found it a bit more teen drama like and not as action packed as the first (though this is most likely to be down to the fact that I'm older!) I still adore all the characters with Millie still being my favourite (who doesn't love a kick ass witch?)
That being said I'll be keeping my eye out for book 3 and would definitely recommend this to any young fantasy fans, or those who want to read there first fantasy book

So happy to be diving back into the  ACOTAR series and enjoyed this novella although it's not as action packed as the first 3 I still enjoyed and seeing how everyone is adjusting after the events of ACOWAR.  I also enjoyed seeing other characters POVs. It also seems to be an intro to ACOSF which I'm both nervous and excited to read as I can't stand Nesta but love Cassian
