The book was interesting but the pacing was too slow and it seemed like it was going to be the final blow to my already dwindling reading momentum

The universe-specific jargon was way too dense and omnipresent for me to follow at this time. Felt like very little happened even a third of the way through the book and the focus was entirely on colonisation politics which is not what I needed at the time.
