Where to start with this book. There was no character development and while the plot gripped me, I wanted more from the characters. Nick is still the over bearing possessive leader, Juliet is still losing herself for all 3 of these men, William is still whiny and immature and Anthony, poor Anthony, poor beautiful broken souls but he still seemed too broken BUT getting better but after Vicky he skiing spiraled right back out of control. I really hope he can get better he really is a beautiful soul that deserves happiness. Vicky, where to begin with her, I hated her in the beginning for what she did, then felt sorry for her secret admirer, she opened up and was vulnerable with Juliet which I liked to see. What happened to her kinda broke my heart. Won’t lie. Let’s see what the last book entails

This book honestly could have been left out, and the series could have ended with the second book and the last like 5% of this book for wrapping it up. William just made me loath him even more in this book. He took over the business and then what?!?!?! He still couldn’t even handle it but then expected Juliet to still be only his plllleeeease ugh. Nick and Anthony were my favorite. I love how nick gave up his power for Juliet and was much happier and course he couldn’t stay that way forever but I’m glad that him and William made up, I don’t like William but I think it was good for Juliet that they did. And Anthony, I loved Anthony in all 3 books and this one made me love him even more. He is has finally started to heal from his past trauma and he’s finally becoming his old self.

“I’m proof that lost things can be found. Broken people can be put back together.”

Ooo Gabriel, can he be my therapist?!?!?!?!?! Honestly at the end of book 2 I thought that he was going to be A LOT worse than he was. Sure he was a killer but when it came to Quinn he was a lover (in his own way). He will do anything for her, including kill. I’m so glad that Quinn found who she really was. I wish there was more from them. Can’t wait for the next one in the series

You knew it was going to be good based off the dedication. The book did not disappoint. Noah is book boyfriend BUT that breakup was fucked. Neither of them deserved that but I’m so happy they got their HEA

“Until Elena. The most forbidden of fruits. Persephone to my Hades, as some used to call me. Springtime in a world rife with death and destruction. A woman I scorned until I found myself blinded by a new obsession.”

Wow loved this. It sucked me in from the begging and finished it the same day. Elena and Kal, they were so good for each other, Kal just needed to realize that first. I loved how when they finally opened up to each other it was beautiful in their own way.

“You have scars, but they don’t have you.” I’m not sure if either of us is breathing anymore. “And you, Riley fucking Kelly, are beautiful in a way that’d make the constellations weep.”

God I loved Aiden and Riley! The vibes they both have off

I received this as an ARC for my honest opinion and here it goes

It follows Bailey the younger sister of Caroline. It’s the 3rd book in the coming home series. It starts off with her senior year in high school and then jumps ahead 3 years to her in college. It has a similar timeline with Caroline’s story from the few scenes that take place in this book in the beginning. I like how it gives info on each character just in case you didn’t read the other books and you still know what is going on and with who

So from Caroline’s story we have a little bit of knowledge of Baileys crush on her professor and how it was an instant attraction for her. The way there’s a struggle with him between right and wrong and yes or no. He feels the chemistry too, like come on give in to it!! And when he does give in to it, I swear it’s amazing. I could see the whole thing with Josh from the beginning, honestly that was a little predictable to me.

The ending was so cute! I loved it. I truly loved this book and everything about it. Also the spice in this one, chefs kiss

“Devastatingly alluring and completely terrifying, Lenny Primrose (soon to be Wolfe) could easily start another war in her lifetime. And I would be at the helm of the very first ship, leading the charge into battle. Simply because she’s mine.”

Lenny and Jonas did not disappoint with their story. Although they may have started on rocky terms then ended so strong! I hope to see more of them in the next book! I loved how this was 5 years after Kal and Elena and we got a little update about them as well ❤️

Her dad and Preston deserved so much worse than what they got!

I received this book as an arc for my honest review

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.2

This is a little mermaid retelling

“I wouldn’t have ever given up on you, Little Nightmare, because it would’ve meant giving up all of that. And living without even an ounce of you would’ve been like living without the fucking rain: completely impossible.”

Cash and Ariana. Wow, explosive between these two. The first like 20% or so I felt like I could skim through. I loved Cash the whole book but it really took my awhile to warm up to Ariana and even at the end I still don’t know how I feel about her. Cash had his darkness but he was also innocent. Although I don’t know how I quite feel a about Ariana, I’m glad she got vengeance on the people she did, and the last one with her and Kal, finally!!
