Gus (48) is going through a crazy time after his ex cheated on him at their wedding. One night Tate (28) is tasked with being a wingman to Gus to keep him out of trouble. Although they share the same circle of friends for the past year they have never really spent time together. So begins a relationship where both men want different things at the start but find a way to ultimately be each other’s everything.
I love how Gus is so exuberant about all things but will give all his attention to the person he’s focused on. He is so funny and kindhearted and very business savvy. Tate has such a beautiful way of looking at life and together the two of them sizzle so expect steamy scenes. I also enjoyed some of the humorous topical references that showed their age difference.
This is a low angst romance that includes lots of snuggles, references to daytime television soaps, an hilarious first meeting between Gus and Tate’s mum and a heartwarming HEA. A very enjoyable and sweet read.

3.5 stars. Sweet and cute romance. Nice quick read.
3.5 stars. Would have liked just a bit more depth as to why the main characters didn’t get together all those years ago.
Wonderful way to end the series. Lots of action as the Weavers embark on the final battle. Hale and Harrison find their roles within the Weavers mission and with each other.
Really enjoyed this, mainly due to Tristan’s mouth always running away from him. Had me giggling.
