A very enjoyable read

Fulton and Bishop and brought together for one brief interlude and then don’t see each other again for a couple of months. That brief interlude had a great impact on both of them so they both jump at the chance to reconnect and explore the amazing chemistry between them.

This leads to a heartwarming romance between the very quirky vet Fulton and Bishop, who is starting his dream of running an animal shelter. Both of these very likeable main characters have a secret and it’s really nice to see that when the secrets are independently revealed it is handled in a mature way without any unwarranted upset.

I really enjoyed this engaging low angst romance that has a great cast of characters to keep things interesting and ends with a heartwarming HEA.

Saving the best till last.

What a wonderful way to wrap up the series with this terrific opposites attract, nerd/jock, age gap romance between West and Jasper.
West is an assistant coach of the hockey team and Jasper is a maths professor who, for good reason, dislikes all things hockey and they really don’t get off to a good start.
Circumstances have these two being fake boyfriends, fake boyfriends who happen to have sizzling chemistry between them and lots of heat!
The layers of these strongly developed characters are pulled back to reveal past issues for both of them that they learn to navigate and overcome together.
I am sad that this series is finished but what a way to go out. There’s some feels, lots of steam, plenty of laughs, a dash of angst and a truly heartwarming HEA.

Left me smiling

Daniel and Joseph are two wonderful main characters who have an almost instant attraction. They take their time to become friends first before moving onto the next step in their relationship. There’s not a lot of steamy scenes but that in no way detracts from the story. Daniel has a lot going on with a past bad break up which leads to some drama suspense and a dash of angst.
That balance the romance and the suspense is well done in this engaging and enjoyable read. The cast of strong side characters really add to the story without distracting from the main characters.
After overcoming all that’s thrown at them, Daniel and Joseph got their well deserved HEA and that had me feeling warm and smiley.

Amazing start to a new series.

This is the most original paranormal romance I’ve ever read.

This author knows her craft - how to weave an intriguing plot with romance and drama that’s perfectly paced, terrific world building and a superb cast of main and secondary characters to keep things interesting. There’s a plethora of paranormals in this book from wolves to dragons, faeries to vampires and more.

Everything and everyone coming together to tell the story of Rafferty and Jonah. Two teens who meet for one day only and then circumstances reunite them seven years later. They really are exceptional characters who have to overcome so much before they get their hard earned HEA.

I could not put this down, I had to keep turning the pages to learn what would happen next and I cannot wait for the next in the series.
