I was very much looking forward to this third instalment in the Licking Thicket series and it did not disappoint.
Dunn and Tucker are best best friends and have been for years. Unfortunately for Tucker, Dunn is straight. Dunn is also wonderfully oblivious and I really just wanted to give him a big squishy hug. Tucker can’t stop his feelings for Dunn and at times it wrenched my heart on his behalf. They really did know each other inside out even before Dunn finally recognised what his feelings for Tucker actually were. The heat level then dialled up a notch as they explored the chemistry between them.
The road to their HEA is littered with obstacles - interfering people, lack of
communication, new emerging emotions, but they do eventually get there with help from some of the meddling side characters.
This is very enjoyable and I read it in one sitting. This well crafted story includes a bit of angst, some feels and a delightful cast of main and secondary characters. Highly recommended.

Action and hilarity aplenty.

Another brilliant book in the series that had me laughing from the start and eagerly turning the pages desperately wanting to know what happens next in this adventure.

Jackson and Leland are having to figure out who is trying to kill Jackson all whilst Leland once again smothers him with overprotective ness. With the usual snark, witty banter, sarcasm and a bullet proof vest as well as some more over the top “Leland” type safety measures.
Leland also has to deal with a lot of feels. He still as problems dealing with emotions, overwhelming love that makes his chest hurt and leaves him feeling weird and gross, and overwhelming pain that leaves him determined.

There’s a few twists in the tale to keep you guessing, lots of action, romance that’s a mix of sweet and tender and steamy heat, edible underwear, car chases, the best side character ever - The Fence, and wedding vows that are pure Leland! Yep, these two wonderfully loveable characters finally get their wedding.
I’m very excited to see where their next adventure leads them.

Fantastic second chance romance with feels.

In this instalment of the series Rocky and Asher get their story told and what a story it is!
I loved everything about this book, the wonderful main characters and the chemistry between them, the steamy times, the bromance between the podcast boys, the feels it dragged out of me and finally how Rocky and Asher never stopped fighting for their HEA.
I devoured this in one sitting thanks to a perfectly paced and interesting plot that wouldn’t let me go. The author stated at the end that there would be more stories from Savannah and I cannot wait.

Adorable librarian finds love amongst the stacks.

This is a new-to-me author and I really liked her writing style. The plot and pacing are well done and there’s an interesting cast of main and secondary characters - one of which I just wanted to shake and tell him to grow up!
Matteo and Levi are both very likeable and find themselves in a rather complicated relationship. Levi carries baggage from his past and Matteo is a shy, bow tie wearing librarian who remains quiet to avoid confrontation.
They quickly discover their physical chemistry so be prepared for high heat and lots of steam, especially when Matteo feels comfortable enough with Levi to voice what he wants. The speed of their emotional connection does lead to a dash of angst but they both want to be together so they make it happen.
This is an enjoyable, engaging read with books and bow ties!

Slow burn small town romance.

This engaging and well written story has two very real, likeable, well developed main characters in Harris and Reid. Even with their combustible chemistry they both try to keep things casual but love doesn’t work that way. Get set for some very steamy scenes once their slow burn romance ignites.
Included is a little bit of angst, some dry humour and some interesting side characters to add to the appeal of this very enjoyable read.

Wonderful start to a new series.

This well crafted take on the shifter storyline is full of all sorts of road trip adventures including roadside tourist traps, safe houses and misdemeanour crimes. It’s the bad guys versus the good guys all over the possession of a fossil.
Simon and Dalton are so very different from each other and both so easy to like. Simon finds himself falling for the “pink punk, bat wielding bodyguard” and Dalton has all sorts of feelings for his “Pretty Simon”. Cue the chemistry, flirting and some steam.
With the help of some very interesting side characters, the nerdy professor and the shifter dinosaur overcome all the obstacles in their path and finally get their HEA.
I found this to be a very easy, enjoyable read with enough humour, suspense and drama to keep me engaged and left me wanting more in the series.
