Another easy, sweet, instalove, low angst read from this author.
Callum and Brodie are perfect together and it’s a joy to watch Brodie bloom when away from his horrific family.

The chosen family members at Get Ink’d are all partnering up and this time it’s Mateo’s and Bryan’s turn to get their story told. And what a wonderful workplace romance it is. Bryan is coming out of a less than ideal relationship and when things turn physical Mateo’s protective instincts kick in.
They are really likeable characters who have both had to overcome negative situations that greatly impacted their lives.

I enjoyed watching Bryan coming into his own person, gaining much needed self confidence and no longer requiring a protector or provider. Leading to an equal partnership with Mateo. They don’t instantly acknowledge the simmering chemistry between them but when they do there’s plenty of heat filled steamy moments. With their lives being pulled in many different directions and stress levels rising, a significant stumbling block needs to be negotiated before they get their HEA.

This is an enjoyable, engaging read that flowed along nicely with interesting side characters, minimal angst and concludes with a sneak peek at the next instalment.

3.5 stars.

This is a short, quick read that doesn’t have a lot of depth. The characters and their insta-mating are the main focus and there’s no action as there has been in previous instalments. I would’ve liked more depth to the main characters relationship and a bit more of the overall story arc.

Wonderful cast of main and side characters in this well written, fast paced, action adventure into the world of hackers and assassins.
Throw in a lot of heat and steamy scenes and you’re left with a very engaging read. A great start to a new series where a different couple will be featured in the next t instalment.

Diesel and Parrish are so wonderful, I just wanted to squishy hug them both. Diesel is kind, overwhelmed, caring and absolutely adorable with his niece. Not to mention the love he has for his chickens.
Parrish mumbles silly sayings and loves talking out loud to himself and is so sweet that he gives apology casseroles. Their love and devotion to baby Marigold, and just having family time together, warms the heart.

I was hooked by this story from the very beginning and read it in one sitting. There’s lots of humour, a wonderful cast of main and side characters, sweet and steamy moments, the antics of the Licking Thicket locals and their love for a festival all combined with an enjoyable fake-to-real plot line made for a fantastic read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for more in the series.

Absolutely loved it. ❤️

Best friends Kai and Gray are such wonderful characters. Kai is an easy going traveller returning home after 10 years. Gray is pretty much the opposite with such rigid control over everything he’s forgotten how to live for it the moment and how to be happy.

They reconnect in less than stellar circumstances for Gray and the witty banter between them immediately begins and it’s like they’ve never been apart.
Kai has crushed on the oblivious Gray for a long time, hence him leaving to try to get over his straight best friend.

This is a very engaging plot line that flows along perfectly with lots of funny witty banter, not only between the main characters but side characters get in on the act also. When Gray finally acknowledges the feelings he carries for Kai, their undeniable chemistry ignites and things certainly heat up. There’s a little bit of angst as they negotiate the new dynamic between them, which does take a bit of sorting out, but there’s no major relationship ending hurdles to their HEA.
I loved every minute of Kai and Gray’s story, it had me laughing so much and left me with a huge smile in my face.

Such a lovely retelling of Cinderella.

Xander and Ash are such wonderful characters and both so likeable.
Xander has to fulfil expectations from his parents and Ash has a difficult step mother and money troubles. The romance between these two men from different worlds is so sweet.
Theirs is an undeniable connection with lots of chemistry that leads to some steamy moments with a kinky little twist.
The side characters really add to this engaging storyline and I enjoyed this retelling so much I read it in one sitting.
Xander and Ash get their fairytale HEA with minimal drama and left me feeling happy for them.
