The story telling ability of Jay Hogan is once again the shining star in this beautifully crafted character driven romance.
Judah and Morgan are two very complex, likeable characters who are perfect for each other even though they seem so different. They are both flawed, have had to overcome hugely significant struggles but retain a sense of humour and love to engage in witty banter, with a bit of sass for good measure.
The first meeting between them crackled with instant chemistry and when the timing was right this led to lots of heat with some sweet. Their romance was not without a few bumps along the way but their HEA left me smiling.
Included are some very interesting side characters, just enough angst, some feels and a bit of suspense to keep the pages turning.
This was a truly wonderful engaging read that had me hooked from the very start and I can’t wait to see who gets their story told next.

Adorable and sweet small town romance.
How happy I am to be transported back to Chester Falls.
This is another solidly written book from Ana Ashley with a plot that flowed along seamlessly. With no sections that dragged, it kept me fully engaged from the start.
Wren and Tom are such likeable characters. Tom is adorable - out and proud and all things Coco, glitter and unicorns. His sayings had me laughing so much.
Wren is bisexual, in the closet and comes across as being closed off. A family emergency has him heading home after a few years away.
The connection between them is pretty much instant but of course there are obstacles to overcome. Once they jump these hurdles be prepared for the heat to turn up to high.
There’s also mention of a couple of side characters that pave the way for the next book which I’m really looking forward to.
This is a sweet, fun, feel good read with a teeny tiny bit of angst. If you love a small town romance with some feels, I highly recommend this book.
This can be read as a standalone.

I love the sass, snark, witty banter, the sweet and the heat that Lily Morton brings to her characters and this wonderful selection of short stories includes all of that and more.
It really is like catching up with old friends and finding out what’s been going on I their lives. From marriage to babysitting to becoming fathers and more, we get another quick look at our favourite characters and what’s been happening in their relationships. There’s lots of laughter, lots of feels and lots of entertainment.
Please don’t read this unless you have read the books, there’s way too many spoilers! Read the books, fall in love with the characters and then treat yourself to this book of shorts - it’s the proverbial cherry on top.

Lots of heat, lots of steam, some laughs, fun characters who can’t stop at just a fling and a very enjoyable read.
4.5 stars. Wonderful way to end the series.
This was such a bittersweet read for me knowing that it’s the last instalment in the Joy Universe series. But what a way to finish!
I love that Dom and Oliver are both mature adults - 48 and 56 years respectively. That fact that they are both so likeable is just an added bonus.
The chemistry between them is undeniable and as they both know what they want, things heat up pretty quick. Of course the road to their HEA hits a major hurdle, cue a bit of angst and some feels, but time, heartfelt apologies and communication get them back on track.
Characters from the previous books make up the friendship circle and Dom’s 17 year old daughter Cara is amazing. The side characters all have their part to play in keeping the plot interesting and engaging.
This is a well written, sweet romance that left me with a huge smile on my face - especially Dom’s gossipy work friends and how supportive the town is when Oliver needs it most.
This can be read as a standalone but the whole series is well worth a read.

Cairo, Genesis and Luca certainly have their work cut out for them. All have issues that need to be communicated and addressed from crossing boundaries with a best friend to finally opening your heart for love.
Luca is behind sweet in the way that he loves Cairo and Genesis and with determination and perseverance he shows them how beautiful their relationship can be.
There is lots of chemistry, lots and lots of heat and lots of love and acceptance by their families and friends.
I found this to be an enjoyable read with just a dash of angst and some feels to keep things interesting.
