Awesome conclusion to the series.

Macy Blake has again shown how good she is. Giving us another well written and original instalment in this amazing, fantastical series.
Sawyer and all his mates are back fighting the good fight. They still have amazing chemistry, love, loyalty and humour. The prophecy continues and all the usual side characters are included in this final book.
There is love, drama, angst and all the feels to keep you engaged. It’s a page turner from start to finish and I couldn’t put it down.

If you already love the series and it’s spin offs, you’ll devour this final book.
It cannot be read as a standalone. I highly recommend that if you enjoy an original paranormal romance that you read the entire series.

A sweet, heartwarming friends to lovers romance.

This just hit the spot for me. It’s a well crafted friends to lovers plot with no angst, a dash of steam and some feels.
I adored the two main characters Tim and Scott. I just wanted to hug them and tell them that it would all work out. They crush on each other but there’s a couple of hurdles for them to negotiate before they get their HEA. There’s not really any drama but the growth and the intense nature of their relationship is interesting and never dull. Including a steamy and very well written first kiss.
This is a very enjoyable read that had me engaged from the start. I just loved all the characters and the dynamics of the friend group. I really would have liked a longer book so I didn’t have to leave them!
I sincerely hope we see more in this series.

This is a great, fun murder mystery with wonderful main characters and some hilarious side characters. It’s also a beautiful romance that bubbles along with some heat thrown in to keep things interesting.
Michael is the ever professional mortician/county coroner and Jasper (Jazz) is a hairdresser with a dash of snark. I really enjoyed that this a romance with older MC’s as they are both in their forties. Michael and Jazz certainly have chemistry between them and they are both likeable and lots of fun - once Michael lets himself go a bit. Their budding relationship gets interrupted by quite a few events but they do eventually get their HFN.
The murder mystery has a few twists and turns and also a few suspects to keep you guessing.
I found this to be an original murder mystery just for its quirkinesses alone and I look forward to to the next in the series.

Slow burn age gap romance with heat and feels.

Another superbly crafted, well paced instalment in this series. The overall plot line from the first book continues with Raven and Gunnar being the likeable, but each a bit broken, main characters.
They can frustrate each other at times by pushing each other away and trying to pull each other back in but they did have their reasons. Raven learns to lean on his Ankhor family and this in turn helps him to heal. Whilst Gunnar is fighting some internal battles from his previous life. After some twists and turns, a tiny dash of angst and with some drama thrown in, he and Gunnar finally get together, with lots of passion and heat involved!
A revelation in the last chapter sets the scene for the next book which I’m really looking forward to.

Enjoyable sweet romance.

If you’re looking for a well written book that has no angst, a bit of lighthearted humour, a drop of drama and a sweet age gap romance then I highly recommend this book.
Set in the theatre production division of a theme park called Joy Universe, this storyline gives us two wonderful, likeable main characters. Dimi is the 29 year old first time professional Producer and Jason is the 53 year old ex Broadway Director. The friendship and chemistry between them slowly builds and turns into a beautiful loving romance.
Of course there are a couple of bumps along the way and it kept me turning the pages needing to know how this adorable couple would get their HEA.
I found this to be an enjoyable, easy to read book and I wanted to become a member of the JU world. I can’t wait for more!
This can be read as a standalone.
