3.5 Stars for this! I enjoyed it and I’m ALWAYS trash for enemies to lovers but I’m not like, geekin out about it. It was a good book though and held my interest better than the last few books I’ve read have.

But seriously, what was with the ZERO indication of POV change? Drove me crazy.

I still don’t like Taryn but GIVE ME THE WICKED KING NOWWWWWWWWWWWW

I really enjoyed this and need to start the next one ASAP! Jury’s still out on my opinion of most of the characters but the group as a whole is suuuper entertaining to read about.

-I MISSED THESE IDIOTS!!! GOD THEY’RE ALL SUCH ANNOYING INSUFFERABLE IDIOTS! !

OH MY GOD. I am seriously at a loss for words.
I cannot even begin to count how many times I legit YELLED while reading this because there were SO MANY. Good God.
The entire last chapter I was like open-mouthed and in complete shock. I don't even know.
There were a few complaints for this in terms of relationships and interactions I reallllllly wanted and didn't get, but hopefully there's some payoff in the last one, which I am starting IMMEDIATELY RIGHT THIS SECOND BYE

OH MY GOD THIS BOOK IS SO EMOTIONAL. JESUS CHRIST THE LAST 40% OF THIS IS SO DARK AND SAD AND DEVASTATING AND IM SO SAD. I LOVE THESE KIDS ID DIE FOR THEM I HATE SEEING THEM SUFFER!!!!!!!!

OH MY GOD. OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.
So I completely devoured this entire series in one week because I'd been waiting SO long to read it and it was IMPOSSIBLE to put down and I got attached to the characters SO. MUCH. Like, I'd die for any of the Foxes in a heartbeat. Neil is my FAVE and I loooooved Nicky and Dan and Matt. I love them all actually (Aaron's obv my least fave and I'd prob not die for him but I would for the rest.)

I'll say that I was hesitant about the Neil/Andrew relationship once I started to pick up on the hints that were being dropped about it just because Andrew started the series off treating Neil so horribly and I actually really didn't like any of Andrew's group at first (Nicky I had a soft spot for). But OH WOW. I got attached so fast I got whiplash. HOO. I love those boys. They're frickin adorable. Andrew and Kevin were the two characters who changed my initial opinion about them the most.

Speaking of Kevin, MY GOD. I started the series begrudgingly liking and rooting for him because I REALLY wanted him and Neil to become BFFs and I was still holding out hope around the halfway point of book 2. But JFC, Kevin got on my last. frickin. nerve. for the rest of book 2 and at least half, if not more of this one. It got to the point where ANY time Kevin spoke I was like, to quote Neil "please, PLEASE shut the fuck up!!!!" (Neil is a frickin savage btw, that boy has no regard for his own life). It was honestly a high point when Matt punched him in the face and I was YELLING when I found out Andrew had choked him out hahahaha. I was OVER THE MOON that Neil was like, you know what, FUCK THIS and completely started calling Kevin on his bullshit bc he was literally SO ANNOYING. But in the end I was always rooting for him deep down and he made me SO happy by the end of this series and I'm so proud of him and I would die for him now as well.

I'm an absolute SUCKER for the Found Family trope and OH BOY does this series deliver. It's definitely one of my new faves and I'm gonna be obsessing over these characters for a long time. I already stalked the tumblr tag and I'm SO glad tumblr has such a big fandom for this series! Yay :)

Ok my rambling is done now I love all the Foxes with all my heart and I'm so happy that Andrew and Neil are cat-people.

UGH. I finished this in a day because I got so anxious and excited about everything that happens in it and couldn’t bring myself to not read it I LOVE THESE KIDS. THE TEARS IVE SHED FOR THEM WERE WORTH IT ID REALLY DIE FOR THEM YOU GUYS

First off, I never know how to rate books like this? It’s really informative and all but it IS a history book sooo... I don’t know, haha. I read like 3/4 of this in full but started to skip around a bit towards the end cause I just didn’t really care about those myths as much.

Next, *technically* I did start this back in July, but I actually read the first chapter and then didn’t pick it back up again until three days ago, sooo the reading dates aren’t really accurate.

I’m glad I’ve finally read this since I know it’s a mythological classic, and it’s definitely hurdled me back into a Greek Myth phase and I’m gonna re-read Song of Achilles next.

IM SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO READ THIS. I AM BROKEN AND SAD NOW.

I’ve decided to keep my original 5-star rating for this because I’m now biased bc I know how the books end and that would work against my rating, haha. I also skimmed a lot of this bc I’m really only re-reading for Nikolai..who I’d very much still die for.
