🌟🌟🌟🌟 Feel the Feels Stars
This is a book that is full of feels.
Told in alternate POV this tells the story of Brynn and Cassidy.
Brynn is a happy go lucky girl, but all of this comes to a sudden and devastating halt.
The prologue had me in tears before I'd even started the story!
Cassidy lives alone, he does this by choice, although he was also advised to do so by his grandpa, he does this because of his father, an infamous serial killer who was executed twenty years ago for killing 12 young girls!
Cassidy doesn't want to end up like his father so he keeps himself closed away from anyone, living in a self sufficient "off the grid" ranch.
Brynn wants to say goodbye to the love of her life, and the best way she knows how is to climb his favourite mountain Katahdin, close to where Cassidy lives.
A stupid decision on her part finds her in trouble, and Cassidy comes to the rescue and becomes her saviour.
Taking her back to his ranch to nurse her back to health, the story takes a 180 and Cassidy has to fight his feelings for Brynn as he can't handle how he is feeling, he is scared about the 'poisoned blood' in his veins and tries to keep his distance.
Brynn wakes up in a place she doesn't know, with a man she has never met looking after him, she tries her best to befriend him but he is always keeping her at arms length and she doesn't know why!
With a couple of great twists that i didn't see coming, I really enjoyed listening to this book.
🎧🎧Narration was again perfectly done by the always brilliant #AndCock Joe Arden, and the most beautiful Maxine Mitchell, they really are a dream team together and an instant 1 click for me, regardless of the author, which is exactly how i stumbled across this little beautiful book.

New author to me Nana Malone makes this one new author for me to look out for.
This was a lovely little sports romance, rich famous tennis player, meets poor ex tennis player.
Bryce Coulter is a semi famous tennis player, he has had an injury and had to have an operation so he is not playing at the moment.
This doesn't stop his filly of bed mates though, his family name makes him just as attractive as he is!
Tami Ivey has had a bit of a rough time, she was at one point a professional tennis player, but gave this up to look after her sick, dying mother.
A couple of years later she also has another devastating blow, and finds herself dating a horrid man that treats her really badly.
So tennis helps her forget her life problems.
Bryce and Tami meet one evening while she is practicing, and he decides that she is the one for him, only she doesn't see it that way!
Doing all of the chasing, Bryce and Tami start dating, but it isn't without it's hurdles, and Bryce's family don't help either!
🎧🎧 Narrated by Sebastian York #SebYes and new to me narrator Traci Odom, who did a great job, Mr York is a narrator that i openly stalk on Audible, so this book was a no brainer for me, and the pair did a great job.

Well this one was certainly a surprise read for me, looking at the cover i was thinking it was going to be my normal boy meets girl, sweet and sexy romance that i like, and then BAM, it all changed in an instant.
This one is a dark one guys, it contains things that are not very nice so you need to be aware of this before you go in thinking it will be sweet and fluffy like me!
Tade Astor is the epitome of college hot bad boy, his family has connections, and he is quite happy bed hopping and is not looking for a relationship as he has his life mapped out in front of him.
Reagan Winters is getting by as best she can, considering her mother is so over protective it's disturbing, she has never learned how to drive, doesn't have a bank account, isn't looking for a man or a relationship.
After a brief encounter Tade decides that Biscuit aka Reagan will be his, and after a few close encounters they start to date, but they both have secrets that they are hiding from each other!
Along with this story, another is intertwined, this is where the story gets dark.
Told by someone you don't know, is a story about another person, a person who is traffiked, beaten and raped, although the details are not hugely graphic, they are still enough to be a warning for anyone who may be triggered by this.
This Mystery unfolds throughoutt the book and is done brilliantly, i had no idea until the end, although i had my suspicions.
🎧🎧 Narrated by a new to me but new voice crush Jason Clarke, and the always awesome Erin Mallon, this is one to add to your TBR pile.

🌟🌟🌟🌟Tequila Sunrise Stars
I was really nervous about listening to this one because a FB group that i am in, the author and the narrator are always in there, and they are so lovely.
I was scared because it was duet narration and that is a little bit hit and miss for me, it just sounds a little bit weird and my head doesn't like it, so i was so worried that i would hate it and have to leave a bad review.
Anyhoo, i had nothing to worry about as this story was fab, and the narration was WOOHOO!!!
Indie Porter is an up an coming surgeon and has a glittering future ahead of her, that is until she walks into the room holding Camden "cam" Harris, a famous football player for Bethnal Green.
Camden is sweet, charming and cocky and sends Indie into a tizz, she's not sure what to do about the feelings that she has for Cam, does she go for it, or does she keep him at arms length?
I loved the family dynamics in his book, Cam's family is really close knit and as Indie discovers have no secrets between each other, the complete opposite for her as she has missed out on a lot of experiences, and set her future in stone without any deviations.
🎧🎧 As i said earlier on i was a little nervous going in to this book because of the duet narration thing, but silly me i shouldn't have worried, Will Watt and Charlotte Cole were fabulous together, and a little cameo from Martin Foster made this book a super fun listen.
Will Indie choose penis number 1, 2 or 3 from her Tequila Sunrise list?

This one was a sweet romance, and sometimes I just need a bit of sweet.
Dylan is a baker, she runs her own business and has quite a fanbase as she will make anything you ask for (within reason)
She is a dab-hand at making Wedding cakes and we meet her after she has delivered and is a guest at her cheating Ex's wedding!
After literally falling into the lap of a sexy man she decides that a little bit of sneaky wedding sex will be just the ticket to take away her blues.
Reese isn't going to pass up the chance to have some "extra" fun at the wedding and him and Dylan sneak off to find a room for some fun.
After getting on swimmingly in the *ahem* bedroom department, Reese and Dylan decide to go ahead with a 'friends-with-benefits' type of relationship, of course you all know how that turns out!
We know how Dylan feels about Reese as she is telling the story, but she doesn't know how Reese feels about her, so she just carries on with the agreement and doesn't make her feelings known.
There are a few arguments, a couple of great face slapping moments, and a silly misunderstanding that could have been rectified if only they would just talk to each other!
🎧🎧 Narrated by Piper Goodeve who is a new narrator for me, i enjoyed this story, but it was a little too sweet for me and i just Personally needed a little more oopff, but if you like sweet stories then you will LOVE this one!!

Well this little YA book was a lovely little surprise.
This is a good old fashioned murder mystery book, we read about the murder at the beginning of the story, this was in the past, in 1936, we are then jumped into present day.
This had a little bit of a Harry Potter vibe to it, not the magic part, but the MC is a girl called Stevie, she is a bit of a child genius in her field, and has been chosen to attend a very prestigious school, only 50 pupils are chosen every year to attend the school and she is super happy about this.
Her parents are very over protective and are not happy about it in the slightest and try their best to talk her out of it, but Stevie has no concerns about attending the school.
Stevie's thing is Murder, whether that be Sherlock Holmes, or Agatha Christie, but her true passion is True Crime.
And this school is not only famous for the super talented kids that go there, no there was a really famous unsolved Murder in 1936 by the infamous murderer Truly Devious!
For Stevie this is like a dream come true, she has read so much about the Murder itself and the school, it's like her perfect idea of wow!
Now being a YA book what would *usually* happen, is that someone would attend the school, and within 5 minutes solve a clue that the police have been scratching their heads over for the last 20 years, and then 20 minutes later solve the case!
Notice i said usually? Yep because that isn't what happens, some stuff happens, other things kick off, someone may or may not have an attraction to someone else, someone else may or may not end up dead, and there are a few riddles to solve!
All in all i really enjoyed this one, I liked the way it flipped from 1936 and back to today every now and then, and will be patiently waiting for book 2 to come out on audio to find out what the heck is going on, and find out about that bloody Photo!!!!
🎧🎧 Expertly narrated by the fabulous Kate Rudd, she always gives a stellar performance and is narrator that I would not hesitate to listen to every time!

Ho-hum another book another tattooed guy what's a girl to do!!
Fenix 'Nix' for short is a troubled boy, he has had a really bad upbringing by a really nasty father.
Beaten and mentally tortured by his father, Nix is waiting for the day he is old enough to leave.
On a random shopping spree his father goes into his usual threats, this day however he is spotted by someone who comes over to help unfortunately it is only a little girl named Rebecca.
She stands up for him when no one else ever has and Nix never forgets her.
Becca now waits tables at a local bar and Nix has turned into a cold hard killer, to stop him from looking like his father he is tattooed with a skeleton from head to foot.
Nix never forgot Becca and knows where she works, in fact he knows where she lives, who her friends are, and spends his time making sure that she's safe, Becca doesn't know this obviously and goes about her days in complete ignorance.
A chance for Nix to meet Becca arrives when the bar has a Day of the Dead themed party, everyone has their face painted so Nix just blends right in.
I loved the way this book developed and I love the relationship between Nix and Animal he was such a brilliant friend I hope that there is a book for him soon.
🎧🎧 Narrated by two of my favourite people Muffy Newtown and Zachary Webber.
These two take the book to a whole new level, Muffy's man voice will make you swoon and Zachary voice as usual is off the chart hot 🔥🔥
