**Spoken in a dodgy Dick van Dyke Mary Poppins accent**
Well slap me sideways and call me Sheila, she's only gone and bleedin done it again!
Ms Hoover has once again taken my tiny little heart and ripped it up into a thousand little pieces, and then just to make sure that she causes enough damage, she jumped up and down on it too!
Beat beat pause.

This is a book that will go straight into my favorites list and I will definitely listen to again.
Listening to this book made it so much more, and the 2 narrators were brilliant, especially as it could be soo badly done considering the subject matter.
So after my gushing about the book and fangirling a little about Ms Hoover (as far as I'm concerned she can do no wrong) I shall proceed to tell you about this little book of gushiness. (is that actually a word?)
Sydney
On the day of her 22nd birthday she is waiting for her boyfriend Hunter and her best friend Tori do something special for her........They certainly do something she won't forget.
She sits on her balcony every night at 8 waiting for the man to come out and play his guitar, she doesn't know the songs he is playing or even the words, so she just taps her toes along with the music, and makes her own words up, until he notices her doing this.
They exchange looks and he gives his number by writing it on a piece of paper, he texts her then, and asks for her to share her lyrics, this is when we meet Ridge.

Swoon swoon swoon .......... That is all I have to say .......... oh yeah also he is a bloody nice bloke.
Warren
Love Warren he was funny and loveable and I also had a soft spot for his bitch of a girlfriend Bridget. (Her thinking that Sydney was deaf for half of the book and shouting at her was hilarious)
Maggie
Maggie was by far the nicest character I have ever met in a book. She was beautiful, kind and loved everyone.
She was the character with the most to lose but also the most to gain and I LOVED her!
This is another gutwrencher I warn you guys, I'm missing out a huge spoiler that is an intricate part of this book, I'm not sure if others have put.
Listen to the songs and become part of something beautiful happening before your eyes.
Enjoy this book and prepare to be as captivated by it as I was.

I enjoyed this book thoroughly, it was a lovely read.
Georgie and Neal have been married for years, however the marriage although perfect in Georgies eyes, is not so in Neals.
Neal does everything in the house, from cooking and cleaning to looking after their 2 children.
Georgie is a comedy writer and has a break with the sitcom that she is writing with her best friend Seth, more about him later.
The thing is, it is Christmas in a week and they are going to spend it with Neals mother in Omaha, BUT the script for the pilot of the sitcom has to be finished, this week.
So Neal decides to go without Georgie to his mothers and leaves her on her own.
At first it is all work work work, with Seth.
Now Seth is a character that i disliked, he is supposed to be her best friend but they have "rules" not to talk about their personal life, why would he not be concerned with this, he just sort of carried on with writing, and expected her to do the same, even though he could blatantly see that she was in turmoil.
Seth is a single handsome man and has a string of fillies, which used to upset Georgie as she thought that they would end up together, that was until she met Neal.
We flip back and forth to past and present to where and how they met and fell in love, and during these flashbacks Georgie realizes that her marriage may be in trouble and wants to get Neal back.
Her Iphone is having battery problems and because she doesn't want to be at home on her own she stays at her mothers house nearby, it is there she finds her old yellow dial telephone (remember them) and calls Neal.
The thing is, she ends up talking to Neal in 1998 and not her present Neal!!
It is up to Georgie to try and make the marriage better and over the telephone with her "old Neal" tries to do this.
The only thing that was lacking for me was the why it happened, what made the phone work, why was it there, was it still there and working afterwards, and why could Neal call her from 1998 too?
Other than that it was a cute read.
