Loving this series already.
Jet is working at Fortnams, which is owned by Indy (remember her from book 1?)
Jet is secretly in love with Eddie (Again...book 1?) Lee Nightingales best friend.
Eddie has a crush on Jet, but she doesn't know it, he likes the way she falls over and drops things when he comes in the room.
Jets father is a douchebag, he is a gambler, a bad gambler at that, and has gotten into a lot of trouble.
And as the last book queue the shoot outs, near death experiences and hot sex!
Again loved all of the characters especially Smithy and Daisy.
Another 5☆ read.........sorry Ezi lol.

I think I may be in the minority here when I say that I didn't really love this book!
I mean it was okay, but not great, it was a bit like all of the other stories that I have read in this genre, wasn't enough angst and a bit slow.
The characters were good, and I loved Callies best friend, but I don't know........It was just a bit mehh for me I'm afraid!

This one is going to be really difficult to review as it is a complete mind f**k!
So we 1st meet Em, she is in a cell and has been tortured horribly by "The Doctor". In the cell next door is a boy called Fin, even though they have not seen each other they have a very strong connection, and she knows that she loves him.
Em manages to escape her cell and with Fin in tow they make there way to "Cassandra" a time machine, and is whisked into the future to escape the Doctors clutches.
We then meet Marina, she is a typical teenage girl, with a crush on James next door.
James is older than her, but they have been best friends for years, James is super clever and has passed all of his exams etc. 3 years before everyone else and has a very important job.
James' s best friend and the bane of Marina's life is Fin Abbot...............yes I know what you are thinking.
The story flips back and forth between Em and Marina, slowly piecing a puzzle together, until you realise that Em is Marina and Fin is .....well Fin.
She hates him in one life and loves him in another......how?? And who the hell is "The Doctor"?
Well that would just be a spoiler now wouldn't it !!
A very enjoyable 4•5☆ debut read.

Hmm what can I say, I think I've read this story before in another book, or maybe it's just that I read to many of these stories.
It was okay, just okay.
I rolled my eyes a few times, I laughed a couple of times, and shouted REALLY?? A few times too.
Neighbours hate each other, but not really, meet, fall for each other, she is a Mary Sue with glasses that keep falling down, he is a YA hottie with perfect hair/teeth/abs etc.
He has a strange baked goods fetish, she is the best cook on the planet, her friends all fall in love with her ......blah blah blah.
The usual, make up break up story.

I'm not sure whether I really liked this book or not, but it ends on a mahoosive cliffhanger and I have to read the next one, so it must have been good right?
Miki saves the life of a small girl by pushing her out of the way of a truck, at the same time as she is hit, she gets "pulled" into another world.
With 4 other teammates she must defeat the Draug, an alien species that live within our world, that we can not see.
It is just like a video game, they can score and loose points, and they have a health bar bracelet, it must stay green and never red, if you die in the "game" you die in real life.
I will be reading the next part soon to see what happens to Jackson, and if Miki gets her HEA.

Wow - this book was completely different to what I thought it was going to be, and I loved it.
A little girl is dumped in the passenger seat of a truck by her mother, the truck is not hers, and the woman just left her.
The truck belonged to a man called Jimmy Echohawk, he did not go to the police, even when he found out what happened to the woman, instead he raised the little girl as his own.
Blue Echohawk is a beautiful young girl, with issues. She is the local "skank" boys use her for a booty call, and she lets them. Blue is also very talented, she makes wood carvings, and they are good enough to sell, which she does at her local diner where she works.
School is just a mundane bore to her, and she tries to cause as much attention to herself as she can, even though she doesn't like it, it is attention after all !
Enter Mr Darcy Wilson!
Mr Wilson is the History teacher and Blue is fasinated by him, he even inspires some of her work.
This is quite a slow paced book, and I understand how some would call it slow and boring.
This book doesn't rush, Amy Harmon writes beautifully about friendship, trust, love and loss, and she does it at a pace that you become entwined with the characters.
A beautifully written 5☆ read.

Ahh I ♡'d this book, it was so cute, but it also made my cry on the bus!
Cameron has been dealt some shitty cards in life, her boyfriend was killed in a car accident and she doesn't feel like her life is her own anymore, so she decides to something about it.
After falling out with her best friend over something that wasn't her fault, she buys a bus ticket to anywhere and leaves with just a bag, her phone and some money.
On the bus she meets a few people, an unsavoury character. ......and Andrew.
He annoys her at first with his loud music on his mp3 player, but then they chat and become friends.
Andrew as well as Cameron is exorcising some daemons and Cameron makes him feel again.
This book was so darn cute, the relationship grows together as they both have problems.
Andrew brings Cameron out of herself and tries to get her to open up, and he keeps his cards very close to his chest.
A couple of hot sex scenes in this book so I wouldn't recommend it to younger readers.
Can't wait to read the next book.....4☆

I thought the 1st book was really good, apart from the narration which was terrible, so I had high hopes.........but I was sorely disappointed.
Narration again was awful, this girl sounds like she is reading the directions to fix a dishwasher!
Kia is back, however she is no longer the badass that we remember, she has turned into a soggy tissue!
I wasn't really that bothered about her abilities and what she could do with them, and whether or not she survived the big rescue mission.
A yawn worthy 2•5☆

I enjoyed this 2nd book in the series, but not as much as I enjoyed the 1st.
This story is about Tess and Jase.
Tess used to be a dancer, however she injured her leg so she is unable to dance now and is at college training to be a teacher.
She is crushing on Jase big time (her brothers best friend) and they even had a secret kiss a couple of years ago, but he was drunk and said it was an accident!
Jase has his issues and doesn't like anyone to know about them, he doesn't have girlfriends and tends to just shack up.
Tess and Jase get together unbeknown to her brother and start to see each other in secret.
I liked the story and eventually fell for Jase, but it took a lot to sway me, he used Tess at the beginning and the back and forth, to and from her I thought was unnecessary, as he came across as a bit of a douche!
Still a good 4☆ read
