Narration was pretty good, I liked the different tones when the phone was being used, but the narrator made the story so rushed that I didn't know when the next chapter had started as it just sounded like he was reading the next sentence in the paragraph. Male - Female voices were okay but not brilliant.
The book
Beth Walsh has it all, she is beautiful, has a lovely house, a gorgeous husband with a good job, a great sex life, hell she even volunteers at a local hospital for Christ's sake, she is just THAT perfect.............so what is making her so unhappy??
Beth is not satisfied with just having sex with her husband, nope she is a sex addict, and while Mark is out making dollars for their future and his wife who he adores, she is dressing in slutty clothes and prowling the bar for any Tom, Dick or Harry to bang, in fact if you ask her nicely she'll probably do all 3 of you!!
And so when she sees the very gorgeous Abbot in a clothes store she just can't help her slutty little mind going into the gutter and asking him back to her house for some afternoon delight, BIG MISTAKE!!!!
Abbot, although gorgeous is a complete psycho !
He decides to go home with her and then tell her that she is a slut and that he is going to sit and wait for her husband to come home so that he can tell him as much!
Just as Mark gets in the front door Abbot disappears out the back and Beth has to try and talk her way out of why she is wearing a green leather mini skirt and drinking beer, but at least he is gone..........or so she thinks!
This book puts stalking into a different category.
Do I think that Mark should have been told about his wife, hell yeah, did she (and Mark) deserve what happened to them afterwards .....um no!
A solid 4☆ read for me.

Now here is the thing before we start, I received this book from Audiobookblast, unfortunately I didn't know it was a 2nd book in a series!
Even so I didn't find that I needed to read book #1 to find out what is going on, although it would have helped some.
Whitney and Mason are that annoying couple that you know, they are both young and gorgeous, have brilliant jobs, and shag like bunnies at every opportunity (and you just know that their sex life is amazing too!)
Mason is in love so much with Whitney, and their life is as wonderful as he always imagined, they don't have any baggage, kids etc. and they don't want it thank you very much!
Unfortunately there is an accident and Whitney's brother in law (widower) is killed, leaving the 3 young children with no one to look after them, thus leaving them in Whitney and Masons charge.
Mason must now change his whole life, he now has a life filled with messy screaming kids and a wife that turns from a gorgeous being to a bit of a slob.........Welcome to my world beeaatches !!!!
The change in them both was very funny to listen to.
Other things like when Zack, Jake and the dog go missing was so scary, and hearing how the children and the adults were feeling was truly terrifying!
The author does a good job of letting you see into all of the characters world's and how they are feeling.
Narration was very good, I enjoyed the characters and the voices were very easy to distinguish.

Unfortunately it got to take point in this book that I had to dnf as the narrator grated on my nerves so much that I couldn't stand it any more.
From what I heard of the book the story itself was very good, I will not give it a bad star rating as it would be totally unfair or do this.
I will give myself a couple of weeks and endure the narrator and listen to it again so that I can give an honest review of the story, but I would certainly re think the narrator of this book again if I was the author.

This is book #2 in a series (note to self, check the book 1st doah!)
The characters in this book had been well established in the previous book however it did not stop my enjoyment of it.
Narration was very good and the characters all had their separate voices that were easy to distinguish.
This is a paranormal book which usually isn't my thing but I thought I would give it a try after I had just started the EIT series and hoped that it would be similar, which it is .....sort of.
The book was creepy enough to keep me entertained and I'll probably seek out the first book to read sometime.

This is a stand alone book told from Sarah's pov.
She goes from living on the street to working as a nanny for a family of 2 children, unfortunately both parents die and they leave in their will that they wanted Sarah to adopt them, so she does.
Sarah was a perfect parent, I mean PERFECT, we all love our kids but Sarah loves "her kids" more than anyone ever loved their own.
The love aspect in the book is lovely albeit creepy at times, I felt that the man was more of a stalker than a love interest sometimes.
The story is very light and fluffy, and reminds me a little of a Disney movie.
The speech in the book is very strange, there are no uses of contractions at all (new word for me wahoo!)
"Hello Sarah how are you today"
"Hello, I am very well thank you for asking, how are you"
"I am also very well, I am just going to get a cup of coffee, would you like to join me?"
"I would like to join you very much, thank you, you are very nice to ask me"
And so on....
Narration was good, I didn't feel the need to speed up or slow down and could clearly distinguish all of the characters.

This is a short steamy little read, although the narration sounded a little bit like a dirty old man giving a heavy breathing telephone call !
You would think a little MFM reading would having you running to the nearest cold shower to cool down and change panties, unfortunately this didn't, some of the scenes were quite steamy, but narration put me off completely.
The only way I can describe it is if you got Will Patton to whisper a whole book in a very camp accent!
New job in a new city.......Check
Best friends brother.........Check
Stay at his house..............Check
Hot friend staying with him....Check
Achy thighs......Check
Throbbing members......Check
Firemen..........Check
I would certainly read as opposed to listen as the 4 stories weren't bad.
