I really enjoyed this book, it was clever and very funny.

The audio is really good as it had breaking news flashes and incoming text messages with all of the music and using different narrators etc.

Jane Jenkins is in prison for the murder of her mother, but did she really do it ? Even she doesn't really know.

After being released she goes off on her own to find out as much information as she can, and also to hunt down her mothers killer.

The narrator for this was really good, and I loved the MC Jane / Janie / Rebecca!!

A really good 4* read

What can I say, I'm a sucker for a love story, and a hot man!

This book has both!

India has been in love with Lee since she was 5 years old, she tried to get him many times and he always turned her down, now he wants her.

Lee is a badass, he owns a security company and helps hunt people down, above and below what is strictly legal!

Oh yeah, then there is the missing diamonds, bar brawls, coffee making, hilarious characters and hot sex!

What more do you want in a book.

A funny, steamy 5☆

This book made me cry, especially the end, I was sobbing into my pillow.

This makes you take a good look in the mirror and give yourself a good talking to, are you really as nice to everyone as you think you are? Could you be a better person?

I hope I am ......

Loving this series already.

Jet is working at Fortnams, which is owned by Indy (remember her from book 1?)
Jet is secretly in love with Eddie (Again...book 1?) Lee Nightingales best friend.

Eddie has a crush on Jet, but she doesn't know it, he likes the way she falls over and drops things when he comes in the room.

Jets father is a douchebag, he is a gambler, a bad gambler at that, and has gotten into a lot of trouble.

And as the last book queue the shoot outs, near death experiences and hot sex!

Again loved all of the characters especially Smithy and Daisy.

Another 5☆ read.........sorry Ezi lol.

I'm not sure whether I really liked this book or not, but it ends on a mahoosive cliffhanger and I have to read the next one, so it must have been good right?

Miki saves the life of a small girl by pushing her out of the way of a truck, at the same time as she is hit, she gets "pulled" into another world.

With 4 other teammates she must defeat the Draug, an alien species that live within our world, that we can not see.

It is just like a video game, they can score and loose points, and they have a health bar bracelet, it must stay green and never red, if you die in the "game" you die in real life.

I will be reading the next part soon to see what happens to Jackson, and if Miki gets her HEA.

So I was really excited about reading another Neal Shusterman book, his writing tends to be unforgettable.

I wasn't disappointed at all....phew!

Loved this book, loved the characters, loved the story, loved it!!

Someone (I don't know who sorry) described Neal Shusterman as the Tim Burton of YA books, and that is a really good call.

If you have never read a Shusterman book before, firstly WHAT ?!?!?!

What he does in his books is a little like a college professer in class, he leaves you thinking "what would I do?"

Class......"If you could legally abort your child after the age of 13, just by signing a piece of paper that is legally binding, and that said child, now 15 years old pissed you off BIG TIME one night, would you sign it......what about in anger? would you"............DISCUSS........

^^^That above is what it is like reading Unwind, one of my all time favourite YA books, I haven't met anyone that read it and went mehh, and if you say "that" scene to them, they just nod and shudder, ..........do it, read it.

In Bruiser, we meet Brewster "Bruiser" Rawlins, he is the boy at school you avoid, who never smiles, who never talks, who never looks you in the eye.

We also meet Tennyson and Brontè, twins from a loving stable family.

And lastly we meet Cody, Brewsters little brother.

There is a reason for Brewster (brew for short) being so stand offish, he cannot get close to anyone, otherwise it could literally kill him.

If you had the chance to take someone's pain away would you do it? Where would this end? Bruises, cuts, broken bones?? And who would this stop at, just people you cared for? Just your family? .............DISCUSS. ....

Brontè starts to go out with Brewster, much to her brothers dismay, after all he was voted the person most likely to get the death penalty!

However, a friendship arises between them all and everything is fine, until one day Brontè cuts her hand quite badly...........and then it is gone, and Brewster shows up with a sliced hand!

With a F'd up life living with his abusive uncle, this book shows us all 4 lives as they intermingle with each other, as it is told in 4 POV's one of them being in verse.

Read this book, or something by Neal Shusterman, you will not be disappointed!

4•5☆

So this was an okay read I liked it....but I didn't love it!

Loved Levi and Cath together soooo cute, and that he went at her pace and didn't push her to do anything she didn't want, until she wanted it.

I must admit i skimmed through the Simon / Baz stories as they didn't explain or mean anything, I wasn't quite sure what they had to do with the story, unless it was "last book = real life" afterwards.

The stories were a little too Harry Potter for my liking, but I can sort of see the facination of continuing a story that has ended, but then again, isn't that what a sequel is for!?!?!

Oh and Levi wasn't a stalker boy lol phew!

This book goes in with a bit of a kick, we follow a few days in the life of Ryan Dean (that's his first name, no hyphen!) He is bullied, picked on, and has his head shoved down the toilet, and that's just the 1st chapter!

He is also in the O wing at school for naughty boys and shares a room with a bully.
He has good friends as well though, oh and he's in love with his best friend Annie, who thinks of him as a kid!

This book is funny and had some real laugh out loud moments, especially screaming Nedd, which I actually had to rewind and listen to again as it was so funny!

Think about what goes on in a teenage mind....yep it's all there.

And then BAM! I didn't know it was coming and it didn't warn me...........and I cried.

A really good fun, sad read.
