Ok so I will be the 1st to admit that got sucked into the whole Twilight thing, I mean it was like my own brand of heroin.(did you see what I did there? )

Soo when this came out I was desperate to read it so that I could get my little Twilight fix, I devoured it and loved it….

After reading it again I kinda feel like a need a shower to wipe the yucky feeling I have for myself, I read the Twilight saga and loved everything about it, the story the characters the film.

This book did the complete opposite for me, it made me want to find Ms. Meyer and shake her for not being consistent.

I’m not sure if you remember the actual book content but I will fill in a few little blanks here and there to jog your memories.

“Very young vampires are volatile, wild and almost impossible to control”  [book:Eclipse]

“they’re incredibly powerful physically, for the first year or so, and if they’re allowed to bring strength to bear they can crush an older vampire with ease. [book:Eclipse]

“Come on Bree be my bestest bud forever please?” [book:Bree Tanner]

They even talk about BFF’s and secret handshakes, (all the time being wild and almost impossible to control obviously)

“I was afraid. I wanted to run away”  “that one said that they wouldn’t hurt me if I stopped fighting” [book:Bree Tanner]

Now, forgive me if I am wrong but if you were a blood thirsty powerful vampire that could pretty much kick the crap out of anyone. Would you stop if you were asked?? Thought not, you would say ummmm No Thanks and kill them.

So I would say if you are a true Twihard you will probably love it as I did, however, read it again after a year and you probably won’t be saying the same.

I absolutely loved this book however I felt a little bit disappointed at the end as I was expecting something else, however I do not know what.

I was thinking all the way through ‘I wonder what is going to happen to A’ and was kind of hoping that he would be able to sort something out and him and rhianna would run away into the sunset together.

I love the idea that he was someone else everyday and that he wasn’t always perfect, and that he was also rhianna for the day and that he didn’t do the usual things that a teenage boy would do (nudge nudge wink wink)

I would recommend this book but I hope that there is some sort of second book as I would like to know what happens to A

I'm not gonna lie I love me some horror, I love gore and blood and guts and a little bit of weirdness.
Hell I grew up with Stephen King, nuff said!

But this book is just plain weird!

Kit and Fancy are sisters and the daughters of the infamous serial killer Bonesaw killer.

They both have ........urges.

They both like ..........killing, murdering, slicing and dicing.

They also have "The Sight"

Fancy can see things and open 'doors' to take them into their happy place, that way they can send and kill people and not be found out about it!

Kit is a complete psycho, she likes the slicing and dicing part

The world building in this book was just odd, there are monsters roaming around the town, people getting killed and kids playing with severed heads with corpses wandering around and talking, and nobody bats an eye! But it doesn't really explain why.

It sort of seems like the author was just left to her own devices and literally made it up as she went along, a little to bizarre for me to recommend.

Shane 'Bax' Baxter is a bad boy, a real bad boy not one of these arty farty YA oh I'm bad because of blah blah blah, he is just BAD, and I LOVED HIM!!

He has been out of prison for a few days and is trying to find his friend, his best friend, who he is convinced set him up.

Bax comes from the wrong side of the tracks and knows how to look after himself, if you get in his way he will fu@k you up, big time.

He meets Dovie, who although has had the same bringing up as Bax wants to make something of herself and get out of "The Point" where they all live.

They meet and sparks fly, literally, from a tazer gun!!

I liked this story in that Dovie brings out he best in Bax, he is never going to stop being bad, but she makes him also know that he is capable of being good, in more ways than one!!
