I freaking love this series!! Every time I think it can't possibly get better, it does. Perry and Dex are hands down two if my favorite book characters ever. I love that they say things that I myself think as I'm reading....

"The ghost dream girl cocked her head at me and I could've see her eyes were nothing but black marbles, the soulless ones that ripped into you, "Can you go after my ball?" she asked, her accent untraceable but her words properly enunciated.
I swallowed thickly and shook my head. I'd been in that forest before, in real life, and it was terrifying as hell. Fuck that noise."
Exactly! I mean come on, how many times do you watch a scary movie where the character always has to go explore completely on her own when screwed up stuff is going down, and you're just thinking "fuck that, I'd be out". Because I can tell you, that's me with almost every scary movie I watch. I'd be out. I'm not exploring, I'm not being brave, and I'm surely not playing fetch with some creeper ass little dead kid. Period.

Perry and Dex were their usual obnoxious, crude, perverted and generally awesome selves in this book. Maybe even better than previous books because they were a untied front in this one, and they were stronger and better for it. I liked Rebecca being their too. Although she's certainly dealing with her own issues throughout this book, and not completely her normal self. I was SHOCKED to find out what exactly was going on with her, it was definitely not what I was thinking at all! There were a few AMAZING surprises from Dex and Perry too <3

The setting for this book was maybe the best one yet. It was truly terrifying. A sanatorium for children dying of TB. *shudders* kids can be. So. Freaking. Creepy. I know, I have one. And when she was younger, around 5ish she would do the strangest creepiest things in her sleep. I remember quite a few times where I'd check on her late at night because I heard her mumbling in her room. I'd look in there and she'd be talking nonsense, sitting up in bed, and looking behind/through me with panicked looking eyes. Now she's be completely asleep doing this, but she looked wife awake and was talking devil talk looking like a freaking monster was right behind me and I seriously would almost pee my pants I was so freaked out by this!! Lol ok so creepy kids....yeah they were definitely present in this book, and they were enough to give me goosebumps at some parts....and the "bad thing" yeah. No thank you. Karina Halle had a real knack for writing horror. Her writing has a way of chilling you to the bone and making you feel like you're right there with her characters.

I loved the ending!!! I mean I'm confused as hell and dying to know what the hell is going to happen next, but it was still awesome. I am equal parts excited and sad for Dust to Dust to come out. This series and these characters have become a favorite of mine, and it's sad to see their time in EIT coming to an end. But I love the hell out of them and will be there rooting for them right up until the very end. And I'm maybe kind of hoping that Halle will leave it open to possibly doing an Ada spin-off series....I mean come on, how badass would that be?! I'd totally read it. Just sayin'.

Angels' Flight was a book of 4 short stories from the Guild Hunter series; Angels' Pawn, Angels' Judgement, Angel's Wolf, and Angels' Dance.

Angels' Pawn was one of my favorites in this collection if short stories. It starred the vampire Janvier and the badass Guild Hunter, Ashwini. They have this whole Romeo and Juilet vibe going on, but are still standing on their opposing sides, just flirting with the idea of something....more. And they are two people who have a truly unique way of flirting, and I like it.

Angels' Judgement was a story about Sara Haziz, Guild Hunter, and her journey into the illustrious role of Guild Director. She faces some unforeseen obstacles before she takes on her new position in the Guild, one of which involve a sexy new relationship with the Slayer; a legendary member of the Guild that hunts fellow Guild members that stray down the wrong path. It was a nice little addition to the series and it was interesting seeing Sara's rise to power.

Angel's Wolf was my other favorite in this book. It told the story of Noel, vampire making his comeback from some hellish torture, and Nimra; a 600 year old Angel who rules Louisiana with a supposed iron fist of cruelty. Both Noel and Nimra were two very unique and interesting characters. Neither if them were what I was expecting, and in the best ways possible. I really loved their story and was glad to have read it!

Angels' Dance was the story of beloved, and crippled beauty, Jessamy; teacher of all the sacred fledgling angels and keeper of the Angel histories. And Galen, new to Rapheal's Cadre, badass weapons master from Archangel Titus's court. Jessamy and Galen couldn't have been more opposite, her a delicate, educated bookworm and motherly figure to pretty much everyone, and Galen a brutish warrior and man of few words. But you know what they say, opposites attract, and that they did in this story. Probably my favorite part of this story was seeing that Galen was the one that started the nickname of "Blubell" for Illum. That was a cute, fun little fact :)

These were all nice little additions to the rich world of the Guild Hunters. But really it just made me want to read a full book in the series, I forgot how much I really enjoyed this series.

I just couldn't get into this book. I am apparently in the minority here, seen as how this book has over a 4 star rating average rating, but I just wasn't anywhere near there. The characters didn't really do much for me, there wasn't anything that I really loved about them. They were, ok. Carissa was described in the blurb as a "spunky heroine who isn't afraid to speak her mind". Seriously? Ok, maybe, at least until Josh verbally assaulted her and she decided that was a good time to bring him treats and offer herself to him. Respect=right out the window.

Ok I'm going to attempt to sum this up quickly. Carissa met Josh 3 years previous to when this story takes place, they met, they laughed and they got it on. Then he left the country for awhile. In the year or so he was gone Carissa started "dating" his best friend Reed. Reed and Carissa broke up, amicably, Josh came home, and awkwardness ensued. Josh and Carissa still want each other, but deny it and try to fight it for some time, then they finally hookup, but decide they should hide it from everyone because she previously dated his best friend. So basically because bros before hoes and all that nonsense. But technically they were together before she even dated said best friend, so basically you're left wondering, if a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? Confused? Yeah me too. I spent a decent amount of time being really confused about this whole story. Sorry but this was sheer ridiculousness to me. These were people in their late twenties, why are they acting like silly high school children.....grow up!

Oh and also lets not forget about the weird side plot line of some unknown person who had a vendetta against Josh and screwed with him throughout the book. That whole story line made no sense to me whatsoever. It didn't feel like it had a place anywhere in this story. The only thing that I can put together is it was a way to make Carissa a damsel in distress at some point. Yeah because what romance is complete without that over played scenario?! Especially of the unrelated to anything else in this story variety. Thanks for that.

Awesome. Just freaking awesome. If you didn't know this about me yet, let me enlighten you....I am a HUGE Stephen King fan. And for a very long time now. I used to ride my bike up to the local used book store and buy his books when I was a kid, I think I was around 10 or so when I read my first Stephen King novel, and I was hooked. He was truly a huge part in what has became a life long love affair with books. Even when I was a teenager and far too cool to be sitting at home reading, I still managed to sneak in a King novel here or there. In fact was about 16 when I read, the uncut version of The Stand, which is still to this day one of my all time favorite books I've ever read.

Ok, so now that you have an understanding of just how much I love King, you must know how crazy excited I was for Doctor Sleep to come out. The Shining was an incredible story and the idea of a story about Danny Torrance all grown up was absolutely thrilling to me. My friends, this sequel, 30 years in the making might I add, did not disappoint. Also I think the story line was a fresh and unexpected twist. I was very much expecting more ghosties, and while they were definitely present in the story, the real star of the show this time around were the equally chilling, True Knot.

I loved that the start of this book was had a little of the young Danny Torrance that we remember from The Shining. It of course took place after the horrifying stay at the Overlook Hotel, and it jumped around and gave you a glimpse of the first few years after that experience, while Danny was still just a boy. It eased you into seeing him as a man, and also reminded you just the type of things that he had endured and was continuing to deal with in life. It was also nice to see a few other familiar faces like Wendy and Dick Hallorann too. I have to say I was a little heart broken when it transitioned to a grown up Dan and he was struggling so hard with some of the same unfortunate afflictions that plagued his father, mainly alcoholism. As sad as it was, it did make a lot of sense too though. I really liked that unlike dear old dad, Dan eventually dealt with being an alcoholic a completely different way, he went through AA. It was a stark contrast from what we had seen in the previous book with his father attempting a "white knuckle sobriety" approach. Through AA, some friends and a new mission in life, Dan found some peace, and I loved the way he ultimately ended up using his unique gift. Even more so, I loved that he also stepped into the role that Dick Halloran had played for him as a child, his teacher. Dick had helped Danny in knowing about and using his shining abilities, and it was really cool to see Dan in that role now with Abra.

Abra was really something special. It was amazing the things that she could do and sense, even as a baby. It was fun to she her and her powers grow over the years. I really liked that while she had some of the same abilities as Dan, she was also very unique and brought so much more to the story. Even with her powers aside, she was a very brave and interesting character, a great heroine. She didn't back down in the face of evil and that's pretty kickass in anyone, let alone a kid. She handled the True Knot and her abilities with unflinching courage.

The True Knot were a frightening bunch. Their survival hinged on the pain, suffering and untimely deaths of very special children, and they had been at it a very long time. "They eat screams and drink pain.". They fed on what they had called steam, which was essentially the essence of a kid with the shining. The way they traveled the country searching for their prey so unobserved and indiscernible was even more frightening still. They were true monsters, hidden behind ordinary faces, and sometimes that's the scariest monster of all. You can't always see those ones coming. The True Knot were lead by the big bad, Rose the Hat. "She's the Queen Bitch of Castle Hell. If you mess with her, she'll eat you alive."

There were some pretty big revelations and wow moments throughout this book, but I don't want to give any away. Some of them seriously knocked my socks off, I really never saw them coming. I really enjoyed getting a better look at the Torrance family as a whole too. There was a lot of talk about heredity and the things we pass along to our children, the shining in particular being one of them. It really left me wanting to know more about Dan's father Jack, was that a big part of the reason he drank, was he attempting to suppress the shining in a way? How much do you suppose he had? Just a lot of things to wonder. I also really enjoyed how much everything really came full circle. There was a lot of that in this story. The final setting for the big showdown so great. It felt so right to come to an end where so much had started.

I am so happy to have read Doctor Sleep. It was an unexpected treasure. I never imagined there would be anymore after The Shining, so it was amazing to have this gem come along. I loved the story and continue to be an enthusiastic Stephen King fan! If you haven't picked this up yet, do yourself a favor and do so soon.

So I have a guilty pleasure of mine that I am going to share with you all....no judgments here, right?? I kind of love the show Gossip Girl. Trust me, I know that it's probably not right, I am a 29 year old mother, and all around pretty nice kind of gal, but I love it, so there it is. I've heard countless times from my guy that it's "Unfathomable that you can like anyone in that show. They are all terrible, spoiled, pretentious aholes...", at one point he also made an offhand comment, after being subjected to watching quite a few episodes because I was, about how Dan Humphrey was the only one in the bunch that was "halfway decent", to which I responded by laughing a lot.....for ***SPOILER ALERT*** Dan Humphrey is secretly, the Gossip Girl. He was not impressed. OK, I swear this all has bearing on my feelings about this book. Semblance was like Gossip Girl, ON STEROIDS, not legal in the US because they make you fucking crazy steroids. In fact, if Gossip Girl and The Godfather had a baby, thy name would be Semblance. So naturally, I dug it.

This book was over the top in every way, but somehow all together, it worked for me. About halfway through I was thinking it was alright, by the end, my mind was blown by the sheer craziness of it all. There was a secret society with the most powerful and financially elite at the very center of it. They called themselves, The Midnight Society. Come on, who isn't intrigued by a secret society?? Of course there were some skeletons in the closet with this bunch, and my friends, they burst out of that closet with a vengeance, after doing the Macarena ;)

Of course this story would not be complete without, Aria Valencia, lonely, hauntingly beautiful, financially challenged classical music student, and pianist extraordinaire who laughs in the face of timeless adages like "If you think it's too good to be true, it probably is.", and then gets stabbed in the back for not using that space filler inside of her beautiful noggin. Yes, there were times when you will probably want to kick her in the shin and run away, she knows better than what she's doing, but proceeds anyhow, but she does so with reckless abandon and a mouth like a trucker, so if you're like me, she'll grow on you! She's got spunk and she doles it out wherever she goes, I love it.

Let's also not forget about our hunky leading man, Shadow, the brooding King of the Midnight Society. A man with a haunted past and vengeance to dish out. He is on a mission of revenge and won't rest until he's achieved his goal. Well, minus some pretty steamy romps with a certain leading lady. Unbeknownst to him, there is a storm a brewin' in his kingdom, and heads are going to roll. Fellow Midnight Society royalty, and Shadow's friend, Lincoln was also a favorite character of mine. He was a little arrogant, and a lot charming. Abraham, the fatherly figure and Calisto, the princess,aka Shadow's sister, were both other characters that made some pretty large impressions on me. Everyone in this book had a very interesting story beneath their shiny exteriors.

There was mystery, intrigue, pretty much every deadly sin, and ridiculous amounts of bloodshed.....I mean seriously how many people can die in broad daylight before a cop arrives in this city?? I mean military like assaults go down in these neighborhoods completely unnoticed and/or unreported by ANYONE?! Lol like I said, there was some pretty over the top things in this book, but it really did work for me all thrown in together. Almost forgot to mention the pretty epic cliffhanger at the end too. There were some major revelations and all around shit hitting the fan at the end, and you are left hanging pretty hard. Well Mr. Patricks, your evil genius plan worked, I will definitely be reading the next book. I just have to know what happens next!! Well done, by the way, this was a stellar novel, especially for a debut novel. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

Nothing to lose....but a few hours of your life trying to get to the good parts. Just kidding, kinda. There was a good story here, it just got buried under a lot of filer angst and some pretty disturbing codependency issues. It bummed me out.

Anna was a broken girl, she witnessed the boy she loved being murdered and then was kidnapped, raped and horrifically abused by his murderer.....for months. It was a heart wrenching story, and I could truly understand why Anna was as tortured as she was when she finally returned home. There were some things I really liked about her, she was a very strong person, thoughtful, and even funny at times. She just had so many troubling issues, and I really would have liked to see hear really healing from these rather than just substituting some of them for an unhealthy relationship.


Ashton. Yeah, I don't even know what to say about him, I guess I'll start with a few positives. He could be very sweet to Anna a lot of the time, he was very brave, was pretty much the most talented SWAT guy out there, and he was supposed to be ridiculously gorgeous. He really could be such a nice guy, but man oh man I had some really big things that bothered me about him. Really about both him and Anna both in general.

Anna and Ashton both had some major codependency issues and I'm sorry but that is not what a healthy love looks like. It worries me that this is what some people consider being in love, that you can't even sleep, eat, or lead a normal existence whatsoever because you're not around the other person. I did kind of understand where some of it was coming from after what Anna had gone through, but it seems a shame to put all of her healing and reason for getting better onto someone else rather than that being something she accomplished for herself. Ashton was no better. He was almost as dependent on Anna as she was on him. I also found it a extremely distasteful that after practically just meeting Anna and knowing all that she had been through and her extreme aversion to being touched by anyone, he literally trapped her on her bed holding her down and rested on top of her, telling her "I won't hurt you, I promise. Trust me.". What the hell kind of asshole does that?? I'm not even kidding, that boiled my blood reading that.


Now I just have to point out a couple other things that baffled me in this story. Ultimately no one but him could protect Anna, not even trained Secret Service agents. In fact said Secret Service agents were basically so poorly trained and incompetent that even Anna herself, that had a taken some self defense and karate classes for awhile, could take them down. At one point when she was sparing with one the agents, after she had bested him a few times he made the comment "Er, I don't know that shit, I know how to street fight." What the hell kind of Secret Service agent only knows how to street fight? That's absurd and I'm sure very insulting to those actually HIGHLY TRAINED men and women in that department. Also, how was Anna's past so well hidden from everyone, including the press?? Especially when they were in the public eye to the extreme once Anna's dad's career skyrocketed. Let's be real, her story would have been known to all at the very beginning. The way our media operates, they can't resist a good horror story. Another thing is for Anna to even believe for one minute that all they had between them was because of his job was absurd. Pretending in the public that he's her boyfriend is a lot different between being intimate and getting hot and heavy behind closed doors. He wasn't there as a glorified prostitute.

I know it's sounding after all that like a lot of negative, but really like I said at the beginning, there was a good story at the core of this. I just wished it would have played out differently. I think probably the most important thing that could have made this book MUCH better for me, would have been if it wasn't so damn drawn out between Anna and Ashton. 200 pages of this could have been cut out and I think it would have improved it in my eyes. To have the back and forth between them carry out for that long was just agonizing at a certain point, and not in a way that could be paid off at the end. It was too excessive. I kept waiting and waiting for the inevitable show down with Carter to happen, and every time Ashton went away for a weekend or even an hour I was praying that would FINALLY be the time. Unfortunately the showdown didn't make an appearance until the bitter end, and I'm talking damn near the 90% mark. And it was over way too soon. It was disappointing to me, I knew it was coming eventually and I looked forward to it. I might have been happy with what we had got, if there hadn't bee 400 pages of Anna and Ashton's flip floppy romance in between. I really feel if that would have been condensed that would have easily taken this book into a higher 3 star rating for me. It's just such a bummer, because I really feel that this story line had incredible potential, but the execution was so sloppy that it ruined a lot of that for me. But I am clearly in the minority in my feelings on this, as this book has an average rating of over 4 stars on here. I'm glad that others found more enjoyment in this than I did, cause it just didn't work for me as well as it could have.

It's fair to say that I flat-out loved this book. I'd even say that it was flat-out amazing. You know you are reading something special when you are yelling at your Kindle. This is something my family has just become accustomed to, me at times talking to an inanimate object, funny enough that's something totally relatable to this particular story! I wasn't even halfway through this story when I figured out the "big twist", and it didn't sully the story for me at all. Jessica Park gave us all the pieces to the puzzle, one by one. Sometimes they were just hidden really well.

I loved all the characters in this story. They were unique, witty, funny, eccentric, interesting and oh so incredibly flawed, in the most heartbreaking ways. You couldn't help but fall in love with most of them, even when you wanted to scream and shake them all!! And believe in me, you will want to do that.

Julie was a great lead. She was definitely a "fixer". She tried her best to help this broken family repair themselves, without even really having a clue what had broken them in the first place, all the while completely ignoring her own sad issues. Julie was a young lady just starting college in a new place, and was slowly finding herself, in all the best ways.
"I'd just have to meet the right guy. Someone who isn't ordinary. Someone who gets me. Someone I fit perfectly with. I want heat, chemistry, an undeniable connection. You know what I mean? I want it all. I'm done with ordinary and mediocre."
Shoot, who doesn't want that?!

Matt was the slightly older son of the family she was staying with. He was geeky, charming in a weird semi obnoxious kind of way, and a young man with the weight of the world on his shoulders. You know, I knew I liked him right away, but by the end, I was completely in love with him. He, like everyone inside of that house, maybe even more so than anyone, is very broken, and he hides it very well for a long time.

Celeste was another fantastic addition to this story. And she just kept getting better and better too! A lot of the times I felt slightly disturbed and totally charmed by her behavior. I like that as she changed and grew, she didn't lose the quirky weirdness at her core that I loved so much.
"We wouldn't want to overwhelm you, now would we? Two feeble, dim-witted females such as Julie and I couldn't possibly take care of our delicate bodies. We might have to be carried to the fainting room and revived with smelling salts."

Let's not forget perhaps the most unique character in this whole book....FLAT FINN. I was devastatingly enamored by everything about him. He was the star of the show, and definitely not something you see every day. He lead a most interesting life. I think he was probably even more interesting than the three dimensional Finn was.

At the heart of this story was a lot of heartbreak, and it was quite a journey to experience. Even though you may see some revelations coming, don't think that it in anyway diminishes the feeling of hearing the truth. Thinking you know and having the whole story put out there for you is different. I saw it coming and when it finally came, it still managed to shake me to the core. There was a brief moment of triumph, that "I knew it!!!" validation, but then the truth seemed even more crushing than I envisioned it being. This was more than a romance between two people. It was a story about family, secrets, having hope, and picking up the pieces after everything falls apart. I adored everything about this book, except for maybe the overuse of grandiosely large words. We get it, they are all smarty-pants. It was a little Dawson's Creek, but that is my only complaint. And it's such a little one that it really didn't take away from the impressive story at the core of this book.

I am a big fan of Nalini Singh, I absolutely love her Guild Hunter series, and I am really starting to like this one too! The Psy-Changling series is definitely interesting. I love shifters and the Psy are a really cool additions to the whole paranormal scene. They are very unique and I love their world pulls you right in. It's shrouded in mystery and I can't wait to get more each time I read about them.

Faith was F-psy who could see glimpses of the future. She was a huge asset to the Psy community, she had harnessed her ability into mostly finance and was able to make a lot of people a lot of money by telling them which companies would be good investments, or when trouble was on the horizon for others. Although now she is starting to have some rather dark visions and she can't control when and where they happen. Even worse is the source of these visions, which seems to be a dark, evil entity that has latched itself to her. She decides to travel out of her safe haven for answers, only to find that maybe her haven is more like a prison, and everything she thought to be true about her life and the people in it are a bunch of lies. And she of course runs into a sexy changling that is drawn to her as she is to him.

In comes Vaughn. Sexy loner, jaguar changling, and Sentinel of the DarkRiver pack. I loved how playful Vaughn was with Faith. The whole cat play thing was pretty hawt.
"He'd marked her and he would have her, even if he had to coax her kiss by slow kiss. Cats were good at coaxing. It was only a more sensual aspect of their favorite game-stalking"
He cared gradually cared more and more for Faith, and was the typical ultra possessive alpha male shifter, but he never caged her. He still gave her the freedom that she so desperately needed after her life of isolation.

It was an interesting story, and I really like where the series seems to be going. I have a feeling that things are only going to get even more so as this series progresses. I will definitely be checking out the next book.

Well that was something. The story here was pretty interesting, Sara's life was definitely changing in a lot of ways. I do like a good changeling story, and there was a decent one here, it was just buried under a lot of over the top characters. Sara as a wolf changeling who hadn't turned yet, after being sheltered and hidden from her pack most of her life by her crazy Grandma. She was completely unaware of what she was, but luckily she had a good bunch of friends, and unbeknownst to her a couple different packs of wolves that were all watching out for her through the years. Add to the list of things that dear Sara isn't aware of, the fact that she had a pride of angry lions and lionesses seeking her out to finally end her life once and for all, after a failed attempt when she was a child that resulted in her parent's deaths. Good thing, Zach, destined Alpha male of the Magnus Pack is coming to town, to protect and help Sara, their long lost pack member, and you know give her a bunch of orgasms before the inevitable show down between the wolves and lions.

I get that wolf changelings are going to be more aggressive than the average Joe, but everyone's personality was so extreme. They were all extremely aggressive (even the non shifters), bitchy, dominant, and honestly a little crazy, ohhhh and let's not forget they were all outrageously hot for each other. I mean seriously, they spent half their time alternating between wanting to punch each other and have sex, or maybe both at the same time because they are just kinky like that. There were a few times that I laughed at some of the outrageous behavior, but for the most part it just made me roll my eyes a little too many times. I do appreciate that Sara and her friends were some tough ladies, but I think this could have been accomplished without making them be so obnoxious and bitchy all the time. I have heard so many good things about this series, so I would be willing to read the next book and see how that goes. I just hope that the character's personalities aren't quite so outrageous.

Whoa. Lauren Hammond, you have screwed with my mind throughout this entire series, I seriously feel like my own sanity needs to be evaluated after reading this! You write insanity like no author I have read before, you have managed to suck me into your delusional world and made me question everything! This kind of writing is outstanding. But there are things I am so very confused about. I don't know if that was deliberate play, just to leave so many questions unanswered in the supposed last book in the series. There was an exert at the end of the book though from what appeared to be Aurora's book. And I read in a review of this book that the author said some questions left unanswered in Adelaide's story will be answered in Aurora's. I just had no idea that this series was continuing on, I was under the impression going into reading Beautiful Nightmares that this was the final book in the series, so I was a little disappointed to still be so confused as to what the hell was real or not in the story.

I thought this would finally be the LONG awaited book of answers, and at only a little over 100 pages on my nook, and having had waited over a year for it, I was hoping for a little more than I had got. It was a little hard to get right back in to such a complex story after so much time having passed between books. I wish I would have reread the other 2 books before starting this one so it all would have been fresh in my mind. I suggest to other people to do just that, so you aren't playing catchup throughout most of this book like I was. I still have quite a few burning questions, mainly what the hell is the REAL story with Damien???!! I have a theory about this, but unfortunately that's all I have because Beautiful Nightmares raised more questions about the truth of Damien then it did answer them.

Poor Adelaide's story just continued to get even more troubled and heart crushing than it was before. You definitely get a better understanding of what brought her to Oak Hill in the first place. Be prepared for some tears to flow. Adelaide's is one of the truly saddest stories I have ever read. The few glimpses of happiness for her were very short lived. This book, along with the others has thrown me for curveballs. I have been blindsided with hard truths throughout it all, and it only made the experience more enjoyable for me. While I am sad to see where Adelaide's story had ended, I am really excited to get more of Aurora's story in the future, and hopefully in turn finally find a few answers about Adelaide along the way. I'm going to go find something cheery to do now, this book has left me feeling raw, slightly unhinged and a little forlorn. I need a Disney movie or something to counter it!
