This book was fantastic! It was such a pleasant surprise. I really didn't think I would like it as much ad I did. This is the second book that I have read by Nalini Singh, and I have to say I think she has an incredible imagination. This really was a whole new twist on vampires and angels and I LOVED it. I can't wait to start the next book in this series.

So I just finished the Covenant series by Jennifer Armentrout and, it was AMAZING, but a lot of people were saying it was very similar to The Vampire Academy. So I was like "YES! I loved the Covenant series and since they are supposed to be so much alike it would stand to reason that I would love this one too, right?".WRONG! It wasn't a bad book but it just didn't do much for me. I never really sympathized with any of the characters, and nothing really pulled me in to the story. I really wanted to like this book but it just didn't reach me for whatever reason.

Oh man, this book was so close to being four stars. It's like a 3.8. The only thing I would have to say that held me back was that it was a little slow moving at times. It was one of those books that told an amazing story but it wasn't really action packed. I think it was a great start to a very promising series! The end left a lot of things unresolved and also introduced some new people/relationships that I'm sure are going to come into play a lot in the second book. I look forward to reading book 2 when it's released because if this book was any indication of things to come I think it will only get better from here!

I just love this series! I can't get enough of all these angels. I can't wait to continue on with the third book!

So, I'm kind of obsessed with this series right now. Seriously, I can't get enough of it! This book was great. I am super excited to start the next book and find out more about Dimitri. All of the characters in this series are so interesting to me. I would love for each one of them to get a book dedicated to telling their stories.

So, this book was AWESOME! I love Tegan! I liked the first couple books in this series. I wouldn't say I loved them but they were decent books. This book was pretty darn good. Tegan was by far my favorite in the Order and I don't know how any of the books from here could surpass this one. I'm sure I will read the next book but I will go in knowing that this book was probably the cream of the crop.
