Kay's novel is a hilarious, heartfelt and poignant insight into the world of the NHS from a junior doctors point of view. The perfect read for those with a dark sense of humour! He shares the good, grim and utterly heartbreaking experiences.

Intriguing from the start!

Well written with brilliant descriptions really bring the snowy environment to life.

Brimming with tension and nasty characters you easily become invested and you'll end to know exactly what is really going on.

I felt the twists were too convenient and definitely push the boundaries of believability. But if you can suspend belief The Chalet is certainly a fun way to spend a chilly winter afternoon.

A huge thanks to Anne Cater & Harper Collins for gifting me a copy in return for an open & honest review.

⭐⭐⭐

A suspense-filled read that keeps you guessing all the way to the end!

A well-written novel, that captures your attention with plenty of twists, turns, and red herrings to keep you on your toes. Some of them I guessed, others made my jaw-drop. The characters are clever, manipulative and you don't know who to trust.

It just missed out on 5⭐ because I felt the chilling ending was just a tad far fetched for me.

Overall, it was an intriguing page-turner, packed with twists well worth a read for psychological thriller fans.

Thanks to Rachel's Random Resources for sending me this in exchange for an open and honest review.
