Really love the "background character calling out the protagonist"-trope. One of the best executions probably is in this manga, since it actually made an impact on Oz, and a quick one. Thank you, Elliot. Hopefully Oz will have a bit of a less annoying protagonist-vibe.

Good things:
- more backstories; from Jack and Break!
Although, as always, they only added more questions than answered anything. But I love making theories, so that's a plus.
- Rufus. He's a funny guy.
Although I prefer his "circus" form, I do like his long hair in his OG form.
- Eliot & Reo. Eliot might become a bit of a problem later on, but Reo is very nice.

Annoying things I disliked:
- stupid romance talk. Why does there always have to be this trope, in literally every single story. And of course it's only between girls. Because guys don't talk about such things, right. F stereotypes.
- Gil being more and more left behind. It's unfair. He deserves better.
- the possibility of a romance between Alice and Oz getting bigger... Not only are they too young, but they also seem wayyyy too sibling-like. Plus, there's literally no time for it.

Less romance, more friendship, yes!!
It's nice how they're all "officially" friends now; there were really some wholesome moments in this volume. And, also, most romantic moments were interrupted. Love it, lol!

I liked the new guy, Yura, when he was introduced, but not entirely sure with what was revealed in the last chapter... he still has a funny & amusing personality, but might be one of those religious-psychos...

DAMN, THIS WAS WAY TOO THRILLING.
I literally wrote half a novel with my theories. Especially chapter 52... geez.

Also, please, that one guy better not be dead!

Wow, a lot had happened.
Last volume was so thrilling that it kinda sucked all the energy out of me, although this volume was also very exciting.

One of my theories kinda came true, even though I suspected it the least from my list. Really nice how much of a genius Jun is; there'll always be a plot-twist you don't expect, or, even if you saw it coming, it'll still be a surprise. Or it's shocking because you considered it.

But, since so much went into this volume, some things just have been randomly left open. As much as I care about the revelation from the last chapter, I'd also really like to get back to the other characters. I feel like maybe a bit too much was packed into this volume... or maybe it's just my weariness.

I hate Jack so much, but I also wouldn’t mind an end of the world. As long as jack dies in the end and the good guys like Gil (and all the animals ofc) won’t have to suffer anymore, I don’t really care what happens to anything else.

Revis also isn't any better, since he's more or less the reason for Jack becoming an asshole, but at least has a more likable personality than Jack.

Not really shocked by the cliffhanger at the end, just a bit disappointed in Reo. Although understandable.
Spoiler Of course jack had to switch back with Oz right before getting shot.
Fuck you, Jack. Hope you'll rot.

Jack was barely mentioned in this volume, so, yay!!
But the events and all the memories... oof. Kinda disappointed how it turned out.

Liam is back!! Yay.

Didn't like the revelation that Rufus is in love with Lady Rainsworth – I had really hoped that they were best friends without the cliché –, but it came in handy this time.

Bit disappointed in the Baskervilles. I really liked them and they're supposed to be the good guys, yet fail to act like such in the present... man.

A whole volume without Jack tho!!! Such a blessing.

The bonus chapter was really cute, and gives me lowkey anxieties about Gil or Oz dying. While it's very likely that Jack's body will probably have to be killed, I do hope that Oz will be reborn someday – in a body that's his own and not a chain. Just a normal human. Together with Gil.
