I had so much hope for this book and I do not understand the hype for it. I really enjoyed the banter (even though it was immature and cheesy at times), but everything besides that was so slow. To the point that I almost DNF'd 5/6th of the way through it. The characters were one dimensional. There were potholes and inconsistencies. Plus the ending was so infuriating. The whole book was working up to something and the big problem was resolved in two seconds flat.

This was my second time reading the Sun and Her Flowers. This time I felt meh about it. I had previously marked my favorite poems, and even those poems that I once considered favorites no longer had the impact that they once did on me. Most of them felt cliche. I think I've just outgrown this type of poetry.

50 shades Freed was the worst out of the trilogy. It felt like it dragged on and on. Some characters that were once fun to read about were no longer fun and side characters that were once important barely included. I would love to see a spin off for Taylor though.

Milk and Honey was a very quick and refreshing read, compared to what I've been reading. I preferred the short poems over the longer ones. The shorter poems effected me more. I do see the hype for thos book and understand it, but it wasn't really for me because I couldn't relate to a lot of it.
