Great start - fell very flat near the end. DNF at 81% after reading not stellar reviews on ending. Great diversity rep, love having a guardian and kid involved. The leads have 0 chemistry and 0 spark.

Enjoying the overall plot line of the series, Gordo and Mark had such a depressing love story though. And only one steamy scene? Please give me more!!

3.5 stars - very cute black love romance. Enjoyed the chemistry and communication between the leads, and this was short sweet and quick to get through. This series is great!
