Love a good therapy book and this is super helpful and interesting but is very outdated in its examples, references, and some advice. Overall a good read and gives adults trying to ~heal~ a good framework. 

Kinda boring and my book was due back! 

Though I loved the narration and the reader's voice, I wish I'd read this book! I found it harder to follow these stories via audiobook.
