Black Panther, Vol. 3: A Nation Under Our Feet, Book 3
Chris Sprouse, Brian Stelfreeze, Ta-Nehisi Coates
I liked the tensions in this final volume (Aneka and Ayo's rogue state, Changamire seeing his philosophy misused, etc.) and the philosophical questions it raised. With an interesting conclusion. It's great to see Shuri back, and I like her character design.
Liked watching T'Challa grapple with running a country (diplomacy with Doom, his brother/ opposition)
World of Wakanda was my entryway to the Black Panther comics, and I was disappointed that it was cancelled, so I was happy to see that parts of Aneka and Ayo's story are picked up here. I really like the villain Zenzi.
I really enjoyed this mashup, and the art style really worked for me when the characters were in space. I've liked the pace of the series. Every issue, it feels like the plot is moving forward, and I learn something new about the world. Next issue looks like we'll see our first major antagonist.
The space lubber lands and a potential villain emerges. I like that this issue looks at Wakanda's relationship to other African countries.
Minor villain appears and disappears but it probably won't be the last we see of him. Shuri takes on the Black Panther mantle. Great pacing, great story
Glad that the human storyline and god storyline are meeting up. Erzuile and her husband are reunited. Excited for the finale
