If you're a fan of he falls first, and he falls hard books, you need to read this one! Honestly, this book just moved that trope straight to the top of my favorites.
Oh my gosh, Cal and Lucy are everything. I was hooked from the moment their eyes met and I didn't put the book down until I was done. Cal is total swoon worthy material. He's not afraid to say the sweet things, to be vulnerable, and to just lay his feelings out there. And the way he made Lucy feel just made me smile from ear to ear. I was rooting for them so hard!
I love a found family trope and the found family vibes were amazing and the side characters were totally lovable. This is the first book in a new series, and let me tell you, I'm already counting down the days until the next one. Seriously, if you want a sweet, feel good romance that'll leave you smiling, this is it. Highly, highly recommend.

If you're into twisty, turny shows like 13 Reasons Why or Pretty Little Liars, you're gonna eat this book up. It's got that same addictive quality.
Basically, we dive right into a town reeling from the suicide of Emily, a 17 year old who dies on prom night. Right from the get go, you're like, "What happened?" Then, we meet the Thrashers – think super rich, popular kids, the kind everyone's obsessed with. And let me tell you, they're definitely hiding something.
This book grabbed me from page one (or, well, minute one, since I did the audiobook too!). It's a real rollercoaster, with all these unexpected twists and turns that kept me guessing until the very end. As a YA book, it totally nails that mix of drama, suspense, and teenage angst that the target audience will love.
Eva Kaminsky and Jesse Vilinsky were fantastic! Their narration really brought the characters to life. I did an immersion read, which is where you read along while listening to the audio, and honestly, it was such a great experience. I highly recommend it if you can!

I just finished the last book in the Greatest Love Series, and what a way to end things! This audiobook? Absolutely fantastic.
Let's talk about Jamison and Blakely, because they were EVERYTHING. This book nails the "he falls first and falls hard" trope that I love. Jamison was just so swoony. He was so patient and understanding. Blakely was a tough nut to crack, all guarded and rightfully protective of herself and her brother. Watching Jamison chip away at those walls, slowly and sweetly was pure magic.
Alex Kydd and Amy Hall, you guys are rockstars! They brought Jamison and Blakely to life in such a real way. You could feel every emotion, every little spark of chemistry. Honestly, their voices just made the whole story even better.
Basically, if you're a fan of sweet romances, especially ones with a patient hero and a guarded heroine, you NEED to listen to this audiobook. Seriously, highly recommend. You won't regret it!

Alright, let's talk about Maggie Rawdon's upcoming release, because, seriously, you need to read it! First off, the characters are amazing. Dakota is a force of nature. She is feisty, independent, and just plain strong. You can't help but root for her. And those Stockton men... WHEW. They're ridiculously protective and, let's be real, super sexy.
They're total opposites, but they're also both survivors. They've been through some serious stuff, and because they share some of that trauma, it just makes their bond so much deeper. It wasn't just physical attraction; it was a real, solid connection long in the making.
And that epilogue was EVERYTHING. It was just perfect!
Basically, I'm hooked on this series. If you like strong heroines, protective men who are hard on the outside but loving on the inside, you need to pick this up. I'm already counting down the days until the next one!

I just finished rereading this book, but this time I went the audiobook route, and let me tell you, I loved it even more the second time around.
First off, the narrators, Lee Samuels and Samantha Brentmoor, are absolute stars. Samantha Brentmoor became Scottie. Like, I swear, she just nailed all those layers, she portrayed her fierce and sweet sides, and really got into her head. You could feel every thought. Lee Samuels voice was perfect for Emory. He totally captured his whole tough guy with a soft center vibe.
The dual narration really brought the whole story to life. It wasn't just reading, it was like watching a movie in my head. The humor was funny, the romance was swoony, and the tension was on point! It just made the whole experience totally immersive.
Basically, if you're an audiobook fan, or even if you're just thinking about trying one, you need to check this one out. You won't regret it!

Totally obsessed! Seriously, Hutch is a cinnamon roll and must be protected at all costs. I mean, I was hooked on him from the start. It took me a little while to get into the story at first, but once I did, I couldn't stop listening. I was a little worried it was going to be all about Katie hating her body, but it was actually really relatable to see her grow and change. The side characters were great too, especially Rue! I want to be Rue when I grow up. She's so vibrant and loves life and her friends. I wish we saw more of Hutch and Katie together as a couple. OMG, I would have loved to get Hutch's POV! The things he said to Katie were so sweet, and I just know his inner thoughts would have been amazing. Patti Murin narrated this book and did an excellent job. Sometimes one narrator can be boring to me but I was totally engaged and thought she did a great job bringing this story to life. Weather you read or listen to books, I highly recommend both! I'm so happy to have read and listened to this book!

I just finished this book, and honestly, it hit me hard. I remember when this case was all over the news, and even back then, something felt seriously wrong. Reading this, it just solidified that gut feeling. The whole thing is a massive, heartbreaking miscarriage of justice, and I honestly can't believe such a miscarriage of justice like this can even happen.
Ellen's family has been fighting for answers for years. You just can't help but root for them to finally get the justice they deserve. It seems like they take one step forward and ten steps back.
Now, if you were like me and followed the case pretty closely when it happened, you might not find a ton of brand new information in here but you will get more details about that information. But even if you know the details, it's still a compelling read. It's a reminder of how easily justice can go astray and how important it is to keep fighting for the truth.
If you're interested in true crime and want to see how a system can fail, this book is worth your time. It's a powerful and important story, and I really hope it helps Ellen's family continue to fight for their daughter.

GIVE ME MORE LULU AND RAFE! I'm obsessed with them. Seriously, these two are amazing. Their banter was off the charts. Like, the kind of banter that makes you laugh out loud. You could practically feel the sparks flying off the page. I was rooting for them so hard, my cheeks hurt from smiling.
Lulu is a total queen. Smart, independent, determined, and just straight up fierce. Bonus points, she's a total girl's girl! I love how she dealt with the girls who were crushing on Rafe. Rafe also has my heart. He just gets Lulu. He knows exactly what she needs and he's always there, ready to support her. Total book boyfriend material.
And, as always, Laura Pavlov nailed the found family thing. It's just the best. The brothers' textshad me literally laughing out loud. They were hilarious.
If you love amazing chemistry, witty banter, and characters you instantly fall in love with, you need to read this book. I hope we see these characters in future books. I can't wait for the next one.

I was already obsessed with the first two and this one is just as good! It's the perfect mix of everything you want in a fun read. We're talking laugh out loud moments, those warm fuzzies that make you smile, and some steamy scenes.
The found family vibe is so good in this book as well as the series. I love when everyone just finds their people. The ones who get you, support you no matter what, and love you unconditionally. That's what this series is all about. I'm in love with all the characters, even the side ones! Plus, getting to see the couples from the previous books pop up is pure joy!
And if you're thinking about reading it, do yourself a favor and grab the audiobook. The full cast narration is insane! It has some of the best narrators out there, and they just bring the whole thing to life. It's a total blast to listen to. Bottom line is this series is a must listen. You won't regret it!
