I downloaded this book in Kindle Unlimited and bought the audiobook at midnight the day it came out. I started reading it and read half of it in one sitting. I had to force myself to go to bed. I woke up early so I could continue reading. I loved everything about this story. I enjoyed the plot and the characters. The accidental pregnancy troupe was done so well and in such a real and raw way. The characters were vulnerable and trying to do the right thing. Their chemistry and the push and pull was so perfect and I felt all of it. It was an emotional journey and I loved every minute of it.

I also listened to the audio which I highly recommend! Jason Clarke narrated Rush and Vanessa Edwin voiced Faye. Their voices were perfect for these roles. They narrated these characters with so much emotion and I got completely caught up in the story. These narrators were a perfect pair and I highly recommend this audiobook.

I LOVED this audiobook! The narrators really brought these characters and their story to life. I love how Sadie and Wes’s relationship developed throughout the book. I love a good single dad romance but this one was different in how it started and in how he and Sadie were connected. I also liked how the child was a baby and we got to see Wes grow as a father. It was really beautiful. Wes was such an amazing MMC. He was patient, kind, and understanding. Sadie was also a wonderful FMC. She was thoughtful and really stepped up in her role in Caleb’s life. These two were so perfect together and I loved being along on their journey at finding love with one another.

I also loved the friendship group Wes had and how connected he was to his friends.

I highly recommend this book on audio! You won’t be disappointed!

This was my first book by S.J. Sylvis but it definitely won't be my last. I really enjoyed the story line of this book and the characters. Claire who is a dance major at Bexley U and Theo is a star hockey player. They get put into the same dorm in the male athlete dormitories due to a mix up with Claire's name. He is determined to be a NFL star and doesn't want any distractions and Claire just wants to lay low and focus on school, work and dance.

I liked the progression of their relationship. They started out as enemies(ish) and then fake dating and then they grew feelings for one another. Theo was protective and I really like how he showed up for Claire, which she wasn't always used to. Claire was so kind and always thought of others. I was rooting for them and could feel the push and pull between them. There were even some twists I didn't see coming.

I also listened to the audio and this was the first time I had heard either of these narrators. They did a great job and I recommend the audio as well as the book. I look forward to reading more books in this series as well as her other series.

I literally could not put this book down. I enjoyed the plot, dual POV and the characters. This book follows Wren “Sticks” and Stone. In high school Wren makes a choice that has consequences for Stone. He vows to stay away from her but is forced to share a room with her in college in the hockey house of her foster brother.

After some pranks and trying to make life difficult for Wren, something blossoms and he becomes so protective over her. Stone is possessive and obsessed in the best way possible.

Wren was a strong FMC and was determined not to be like her dad and pave a better life for herself. I look forward to more books in this series!

I also listened on audio and Alex Kydd and Kiera Stevens did a fantastic job voicing Wren and Stone. I really enjoyed this audiobook. I highly recommend the book and audiobook!
funny lighthearted medium-paced

Rebel Summer is book 7 in the Falling For Summer Series. This series is so fun, flirty and heartwarming. This book is a great addition to the series. The characters are so likable you can’t help but root for them and smile as their journey to love unfolds. I loved the chemistry between these two and the flashbacks going back to high school.

I totally related to Ivy and enjoyed her development and growth throughout the book. Dax was a so sweet and who doesn’t love a reformed bad boy!

While this book is fun and lighthearted it also has emotional topics as well.

Marli Watson narrated this audiobook. She did a great job capturing the different characters which can be difficult with just one narrator.

I highly recommend this book as well as the series!

The Player’s Club is a debut novel by Fallon Greer. It is book 1 in a new hockey romance series. It follows Elodie and Mac. Mac is a professional hockey player and Elodie is a reporter of a tabloid like magazine. Elodie’s assignment is to find dirt on Mac and write an expose revealing secrets about Mac. Elodie follows him and finds he is a member of a special (wink, wink) club. Elodie and Mac interact at the club and take their relationship outside the club.

I felt the relationship between these two was rushed and I didn’t feel their connection or chemistry. I did like that they took each other on little dates to get to know each other better. It was a different side to each of them and I found it heartwarming. I din’t like that she lies to Mac for a large portion of the book and that she had a boyfriend for a decent amount of the beginning of the book.

I wanted to listen to this audio because I love the narrators. Steven Dexter and Andi Arndt did a fabulous job with the narration of this book. Narration was a 5/5 stars.

If you enjoy a steamy sports romance with some emotional depth then this book is for you. I recommend the audiobook.

Becka Mack has done it again. I have loved the Playing for Keeps Series. This book was one of my anticipated reads of the year and it did not disappoint! There are so many things that I loved about this book.

I loved the found family representation in this book (and the series). These boys and their significant others are ride or die for each other and are always there to support each other. I love how the men showed their softer side with each other and weren’t afraid to be affectionate with each other including their words.

Jaxon didn’t feel worthy of having a group of friends that felt like family. I love how they didn’t give up on him and showed him he is worthy and deserving of their friendship and love.

I loved that Jaxon was a small gestures kind of guy. He listened and did the sweetest things that may seem small but they meant so much to Lennon. I wish I could list all the sweet things he did but I don’t want to spoil it because when you get to those parts in the book your heart will melt and I want you to experience that for yourself.

Lennon was a great FMC. She was patient and appreciated the little things Jaxon did.

This series has my heart and this book was another fantastic addition to the series. Worth the wait.

I really enjoyed this audiobook. Zachary Webber and Stella Bloom were the perfect pairing for this rom-com. I am a huge fan of both of these narrators and thought they really nailed the Aurora and Hollis. Aurora and Hollis have great banter and there is so much chemistry between them. I was rooting for them the whole way and just hoping they could overcome the obstacles in their way.

 I love a strong and supportive friendship group and Aurora had just that with her friends. They were funny and would drop anything to support each other.

This book had me feeling all the feels. It was funny, steamy, and heartwarming.

This is book 2 in the series. For a better reading experience I would recommend reading them in order since you meet Aurora and Hollis in Book 1 If You Hate Me. We also see the main characters from book 1 Beatrix and Tristan in book 2.

* Hockey Romance (rom-comish)
* Dad’s BFF
* Forbidden
* Age Gap (she is in her early 20's he is in his 30's)

Wow! Wow! Wow! I truly LOVED this book. It is such a heartwarming and beautiful story. Bo has topped the list of book boyfriends. His character and how he handled this accidental pregnancy was PERFECTION. Both of these characters were amazing and warmed my heart so much.

This book was inspirational and beautiful. There were some difficult topics in this book and they were dealt with so beautifully. The characters were dealing with their own insecurities and they were both “seen” by each other and accepted unconditionally. The way their friendship and relationship developed was inspirational and had me smiling, and wanting to cry happy tears.

The accidental pregnancy, and limb difference representation was so well written. Please read the author’s note at the beginning of the book. It gives some background and enhanced my reading experience.

I also listened to the audiobook and even though there was only one narrator she did an excellent job voicing the characters. I usually like a dual POV book but just Win’s POV totally worked in this book.

If this book is on your TBR, you need to move it to the top ASAP! This is probably one of the top 5 books I have ever read.

This book is a fun, flirty and clean romance that follows Walker and Jane. It gives of Hallmark vibes and I am here for it. Jane is a romance reader who is on the hunt to find love by the end of summer. She has book troupes that she loves and goes on a quest to find the right romance troupe for her dates. Walker is a pro golfer who is home for the summer because he needs to reset his mental state when it comes to golf. Walker and Jane have great banter and chemistry.

This audiobook is told in duet narration which was fantastic. The narrators did a great job bringing to life the characters and their romance. The narration is 5/5 stars.
