I love this book, it was really fun to read and Kinney got his redemption arc. I’m glad they’re kind of together.

Ot was pretty good although I wish they didn’t change the Calypso scenes, or the kiss

I knew I was going to love this book when it had Zoya and Nikolai, basically the best characters in shadow and bone.

Their banter in this book was so good, and we got to see a lot more of Zoya and Nikolai’s personality and backstories in this book, and they are literally made for each other. Also the little moments of the side characters, liek david and Genya were so adorable.

The plot twist at the end was amazing, i honestly didn’t expect it.

I really liked this both. I found this one much less sad than the first one, partly because there was like 0 hope for Valentino to live, so for Orion I guess it’s sadder but his actual death wasn’t as bad. Also I think the fact that he have his heart was sweet, and then there was so many Easter eggs to they both die at the end. Also there were a few mini stories, and more povs in this book which I really enjoyed.

I really liked the bonus chapter. Also who wants to come and murder Apollo with me.
