OH MY GODDDD, ella jacobs is such an amazing storyteller. this book was AMAZING. 

i’ve read all the other books in this series, but this one was the most emotional. literally BROKE me. 😭 i was crying for lavinia. poor girl going through everything she did. i am so glad she got her version of a happy ending.

i wasn’t sure if i was going to like this book because the beginning started off a little on the corny side for me, but i ended up really liking it!

i loved the chemistry between everyone and the different dynamics that everyone brought to the polycule. 🥹 add in a baby to the mix and you get the most perfect, most dysfunctional family. i am obsessed with bennett, grayson, and theo equally! vivian was such a fun fmc, and she’s a librarian! 👀

i am so fucking speechless, but elle has done it again!! 

i knew i was gonna love this one after reading her gods of tomorrow duet.

elle can get all the emotions running through you as you’re reading. it’s angsty, it’s angry, it’s depressing. but there are also happy moments and lovey dovey moments. the perfect combination!

first of all, the artwork in this book is AMAZING, i am so obsessed.

second of all, im obsessed with dimitri omg. the perfect possessive shadow daddy.

i wasn’t sure what to expect when reading this one, but im glad i did because i think i might’ve found my new favorite author. i’m gonna have to read kalista’s entire backlist now!

i was in a romantasy slump, but this took me out because it was super smutty.

I ATE THIS UPPPPP! i normally don’t like dual timeline, but this one was done so well! 🥹

i sorta guessed what happened between denver and blair when they were younger, but i was still shook when i got to that part.

bailey hannah can do no wrong!! i will read everything she writes because it’s just soooo good omg.

omg when i heard this was why choose, i knew i wanted to read it immediately! i am so happy rachel offered an arc to me. 🥹

jason, kayden, and corey are all broken people brought together by their hurt. this book was action-packed and there was a twist i wasn’t expecting! but to be fair, i did go into this book completely blind except for knowing it was why choose.

i loved reading about the boys’ back stories and about how they grew up. i wish we learned a little more about isabella, but the story still worked without it!
