I gave up half way through. It drug on and on. There were a few problematic points for me. I know it was a different time, but I just couldn't get past them. I had high hopes for this book because I usually love Grady Hendrix's book, but this one fell short.
I love a good cozy mystery, but this one drug on and on for me. I dnf'ed half way through.
Fun read. I’m a sucker for anything with a basset hound in it. The ending was a little out of nowhere, but I enjoyed it overall.
As the third book in the Mystery Tea Shop series, I kind of knew what to expect. It’s not written in first person, like a lot of cozy mysteries, so I find it harder to get to fully know the characters. I do enjoy learning about tea. The murder is a little far-fetched, but I guess that’s what makes it fun.
