Rushed and sloppy ending

The ending makes absolutely no sense. It contradicts itself at least twice. It’s almost as if someone didn’t proofread the final chapter and epilogue. There are a lot of loose ends too, it that wouldn’t be so bad if there was at least consistency about what happens to her powers.
