Good God this is a dull book. I can appreciate the nods to the original Robinson and Friday, but there's zero character progression mixed with minimal action. Clearly, I don't like the book, but I don't hate it either. I'm indifferent, which frustrates me to no end.

By far, my favorite Ms. Marvel to this point! We get hints of Kamala's history, more of her struggle between hero life and normalcy, and I've gotta say, I loved all of it. I don't think any of these felt like filler issues, which can so easily happen with volume pieces. So glad I dove back into Kamala's world for a bit!

2.5/5. Great concept, iffy execution.

Well that was disappointing. Lottie Person is one of the most unsympathetic characters and Snotgirl's plot is almost inconsequential, if not non-existent. Two dimensional characters, none of them likable. What a waste of time.
