Y'all, this was not good. This volume was all over the place, which you could argue is just like Harley but this didn't translate at all. There's time and dimension hopping, a comic con trip (including weird alternate art styles), and the volume's only saving grace--a Harley origin story. It took me far too long to get through this volume and I can only pray the team realizes the mistake they made. By failing to focus on Harley's story arch, this volume feels like a waste of time and money. Like I said, the origin story saves this for me and so does Harley's cute fascination with PowerGirl. Otherwise, I suggest staying away from this book unless you don't give a hoot about plot.

3.5/5 Definitely better than volume 3. Still slow in spots, but better overall. Some characters seem a bit too dramatic due to lack of detailed background and characterization. One place where the comic succeeds that the show fails (for me)--Rick Grimes's likability factor. Much more sympathetic in the comics than in the show.
