The very very last bit confused me, and now I'm frustrated XD

That bit, after the letter in italics, which is directed to Vincent, is that part of the letter? It kind of implies that the whole book was the letter to Vincent, but he could not have written that all in a week while dying of radiation poisoning, not even with his perfect memory. So. I'm confused :P

Edited 5 min. later: I just remembered that in an earlier chapter (one before) it already talked about it being the will and testament, so that would suggest him writing these 400 pages worth of memories in less than a week. Consider me impressed :P

But it was a good book and I did enjoy it, especially after the first 40% or so, when the pace started picking up.

I feel a bit bad leaving only 2 stars, but Goodreads calls that 'it was ok' and I feel that is fair? I couldn't really stand one of the main characters, and though it got a bit better by the end of the book, I prefer to read about characters I might like in real life. The story in itself was fine, well written, I liked the flashbacks, but my annoyance at how Gigi acted really dragged the enjoyment of the story down for me.

Just as addictive as part one, am very glad part three is already waiting for me :D

This book took me quite long to finish (almost a month, I see now) but that was only because I thought it deserved my full focus, and that was sometimes hard to find over this busy month. I am glad I did it though, because it's quite an information dense book, and it would be a shame to miss some of the finer details because of loss of focus. I definitely think I will be rereading the series in the future, and am already looking forward to it.

Just like with part 1 (which I read over 2 years ago, so that probably didn't help) this book was just weird :P I do like how the typograpghy was used though, it definitely added something.

A nice read, and yay for a bonus asexual sidecharacter!

Well shit, now I have to buy the next parts too... This is one of those books that reads so easily, you are 20 pages along before you think to look up from your book, even though it feels like you've been reading for maybe 5. I'm curious to see how the story will develop further!
4 stars instead of 5 because I think the pacing was a bit slow in the beginning :)

(also, when did I start leaving real reviews instead of just stars? I think it's because of the commenting on fic and reviewing books that are new/less popular where reviews feel more important :P )
