I was tempted to rate this 5 stars on principle, but I felt like I had to be honest. It's a terrible book.
I wish that all YA were like this book. It's not riddled with plot holes, the characters are actually believable and fun and FLESHED OUT, and Dixon does not take herself too seriously, a tendency that many YA authors share. This book is FUNNY! And SCARY! It was cute AND SIMULTANEOUSLY well-written! THIS IS UNHEARD OF IN THE YOUNG ADULT GENRE! This book is magical; read it.
