I think I would have enjoyed this book infinitely more if I was a runner. It's still very interesting to read about Murakami's writing process and hear his general take on the way he choose to live his life. I still liked it, and would recommend to anyone who is a fan of his work as it is a sort of autobiography. But again, focuses a lot on his running and training.

Everyone should read this book!!! It's less about "manners" in the table sense, rather more about how to be a decent human being and look out for others. Most of the things she talks about seem like they should be common sense to most, but obviously they are not. Hopefully the more people who read this book will result in more people who give a crap about how their actions affect others.
