“Flawless" by Elsie Silver is a captivating novel that seamlessly weaves together intricate characters and a compelling plot. Silver's storytelling prowess shines as she explores themes of resilience, self-discovery, and the pursuit of perfection. The characters are beautifully crafted, each with their flaws and vulnerabilities, making them relatable and engaging. The narrative unfolds with a perfect blend of suspense and emotion, keeping the reader hooked from start to finish. 

"Fancy Meeting You Here" by Julie Tieu intricately weaves a tale of enduring friendship and evolving romance. The author skillfully explores the nuances of platonic connections, leaving readers captivated by the strong bonds between characters. While the slow development of the romantic connection between the protagonists may test some readers' patience, the payoff towards the end proves worth the wait. 

„Das Jahr ohne Worte“ von Syd Atlas erkundet die erschütternde wahre Geschichte ihres Partners mit ALS. Es war beunruhigend zu sehen, wie sich ihr Partner während der ALS veränderte und zahlreiche Affären hatte. Ihre Zusage am Ende ihres letzten Treffens war äußerst emotional und dennoch inspirierend. Nur wenn wir jemandem wirklich vergeben, können wir frei sein.

"Elsewhere" by Gabrielle Zevin is a thought-provoking and imaginative exploration of the afterlife. Zevin crafts a unique world where characters grapple with the challenges of living backward in time. The novel offers a fresh perspective on life, death, and the impact of choices, making it a compelling and contemplative read. It is definitely one of my favourite books. 

“Home going" by Yaa Gyasi is a powerful and intergenerational tale that skillfully weaves through the history of two Ghanaian half-sisters and their descendants. Gyasi's storytelling is poignant, offering a profound exploration of the legacy of slavery and its impact on individuals and families over centuries.

If you enjoy slow-burn romance and a focus on family closeness, you might find "Done and Dusted" by Lyla Sage appealing. The narrative skillfully navigates the intricate dynamics of romance while weaving a strong sense of familial bonds throughout the story.

“Tastes Like Shakkar" by Nisha Sharma blends the line between love and hate with a positive exploration of body acceptance. A must read for a feel good enemies to lovers romance. 

"Kiss Her Once for Me" by Alison Cochrun is a captivating exploration of love and sacrifice. Cochrun's narrative weaves a poignant tale of romance, leaving readers with a lingering sense of emotion and reflection.

"The Problem with Perfect" by Philip William Stover is a delightful romance that challenges the notion of perfection. Stover crafts a charming story with relatable characters, offering a fresh perspective on love and imperfections.
