It felt like there was literally no character development here. Like, if he went home rn he would have acted exactly the same. Just cause he says he trusts his friends now doesn’t mean it’s true? Also, I found all of his friends to be total dicks. May that kind of relationship never find me. 

everyone at this school should be fired. Immediately. 

You can’t have the main character being trans a secret to reveal later in the book when you have Emmette Grosland narrating it. 🤦‍♂️
